Kona Coast Vacations is the result of a dream of its two hardworking founders, Lorrie and Chris, who saw the potential for a higher standard in vacation rentals. Where owners can be at ease knowing their property is being rented and maintained, while their guests can truly relax knowing we are always nearby to attend to the little things that make a big difference.

Through the magic of word of mouth, what started as a business managing 4 properties has grown in five years to over 80 vacation properties and over 65 long term rental properties, with the majority of these condos, homes and estates located along the Kona Coast of the Big Island (Hawaii). Whether giving special care to our off-island owners through the Home Check program or orienting first-time visitors to the magic of the island, our formula for success is so effective, we recently welcomed a third partner, Ted. In 2011, Kona Coast handled over 850 reservations and welcomed around 2,700 guests to the Big Island.

Kona Coast Vacations boasts a team of customer-centered professionals including Jenni, Cindy, and Tish who are on hand to bring you exceptional service whether it's answering your questions, booking your visit, or welcoming you to your Big Island home.

Chris – The force behind the Kona Coast Vacation experience, Chris loves life on the Kona Coast and devotes her time to making things right for our guests. With a keen eye for detail and those meaningful little touches, Chris is the magnet that draws our guests back year after year.

Lorrie – No question is too complex for Lorrie, our good natured Broker who brings structure to our company and confidence to our owners. She is responsible for ensuring the company, owners and guests follow the guidelines set out by the Hawaii Board of Realtors and the State.

Ted – Ted, an entrepreneur with an MBA, is our business and finance guide. It all started by Ted and his family trying to escape the Canadian winters. They rented a condo through Kona Coast Vacations, he was so impressed with the level of service, that a relationship started and he is now involved with the company.
