Daily sightings often include whales, dolphin and other sea creatures. Romantic master bedroom suite with wet-bar, jacuzzi and private lanai facing spectacular ocean views, sunsets. End unit with no connecting walls to the other units in the community. Restricted beach access ensures privacy and seclusion.In addition to the Master Bedroom Suite, two additional upstairs bedrooms both have queen size beds and share a large bath. A fourth downstairs bedroom has a two twin beds and its own private bath. The kitchen includes microwave, oven, cooktop stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, coffeemaker and toaster. The laundry room is separate and has a large capacity washer and dryer. Sleeps 8-10. 10 Night minimum during Ironman and Christmas season. Call for last minute specials!

Ideal stay and location

Our family of 6 had a great stay at this home. It is ideally located right on the ocean, with the sound of waves easing us to sleep. It is also a bit away from downtown Kona with its bustle and intensity. My mom is 88, needed her own room with bath and the unit has one on the ground floor, which was perfect for her.

The home is attractively furnished, with lots of closet and drawer space for an extended stay. They also supplied more than enough towels, etc. for the stay. The management team handled the two issues we had (a broken screen and problem with internet access) politely and quickly. We couldn't be happier with the service.

Overall we'd love to return to the Big Island, and if we ever do we'd consider returning to Hale Kai O Kona #7 in a heartbeat. Thank you!

We were very pleased with our house rental and would recomend this house to anyone with a group of 8. We had plenty of space and the location to Kona was perfect. Off of the road enough not to hear the road. Fantastic view, turtles nearby and pretty private for being on the shore.

We enjoyed our time there. The condo was beautiful and in a perfect spot. We were able to see whales and dolphins from our lanai. We swam with the turtles at the beach next to our condo. Everything we needed was there. Beautiful place to stay, very comfortable. First time my mom was there, she is 92 yrs. old and says it was an experience she will never forget. The condo was perfect for our needs. A friend was with us and said she would stay there again. Very private and peaceful. Mahalo!
