A secluded Polynesian style property with two air-conditioned homes on Waialea Bay. This is a one of a kind vacation property. The main home features three bedrooms, three baths, living room, dining room, and kitchen, with one of the bedrooms having a seperate private entrance.Our smoke-free cottage, connected to the main home by a lanai and gazebo offers one bedroom, one bath, loft area with queen bed and views of the ocean. Kitchen and living room area that has a deck to the front, also over-looking the ocean.The home is surrounded by tropical flora, and a quiet stretch of white sand at your back door that beckons you. Our Cottage is not rented seperately. 5 night minimum stay, 10 night minimum during Christmas season. There is a $1500.00 security deposit here.THIS IS A PRIVATE HOME THAT DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES, WEDDINGS, OR LARGE GATHERINGS OF MORE THAT 10 ADULTS. If this occurs, your secutity deposit will not be refunded.
