This beautifully designed unit is right on the 16th tee-off with a fabulous view of the Kona Golf Course with ocean in the distance! It has bamboo flooring, all-new contemporary furniture, teak dining table, new bathroom fixtures, and large stone slate lanai with large electric BBQ grill. It is on the second level of a two-story building (not a high rise!) and always has a beautiful breeze and spectacular sunsets. This unit is fully equipped and in excellent condition. The unit comfortably sleeps four persons. It has one master bedroom with private bathroom. A spacious L-shaped living area has a sliding door which separates into a second bedroom with a daybed (sleeps two children or one adult). There is a 2nd bathroom/shower. The lanai is very large and can seat 6-people at the dining table.Keauhou Bay is walking distance from the condominium (just five minutes). There is excellent golfing (with discounts), snorkeling, outrigger canoeing, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, mountain biking, coffee plantations, horseback riding, local artist community and galleries, and some of the most beautiful turquoise water and hidden beaches you will ever see in the world. There are two active volcanoes on the Big Island and Volcanoes National Park is a site to behold.The location is unique in that you are close to the coffee plantation area which is lush and tropical yet this condo always gets the Kohala Coast sunshine. You are 6-miles from the town center, yet close to shopping for groceries, souvenirs, cinema and restaurants at Keauhou Shopping Center.You just have to arrive - the condominium is completely equipped with everything you need to explore this beautiful island. 7 night stay during Christmas.

Loved everything about it except for the decor/furnishings. One of the doors on the computer cabinet was falling off. There was a very heavy,very rough table in the living room that we both scraped our legs on, the chairs on the lanai were very heavy, my wife had a hard time handling them. Other than that, we had a thoroughly enjoyable time, breezes, sunsets, landscaping, flowers, birds, golf course views. Everything we needed in the way of Kitchen. household stuff was excellent. Also it was very quiet

This property was absolutely perfect for my needs. I needed a place to stay for three weeks for business/internship. It was quiet and not in the hussle and bustle of kailua-kona, which is only a short distance away with a car or a longer run for the avid runner. This makes it perfect for a couple or family wanting more privacy, peace and quiet. There is plenty to do on this end of town within walking distance including kayaking, golf, movies, chocolate factory up the hill, running, biking, watching the manta rays at the hotel down the street, and of course watching the sunset across the gulf course. This place has everything you need to live very comfortably-- a living area turns into a second bedroom. The decor of the property can be described as a bali and zen like ambiance that definitely inspires peace. If I return to Kona, I will of course return to stay at this property. This was so much better than staying in a hotel and of course a better deal!

The location is about a 5 minute drive to downtown--I'd recommend a rental car. We drove around the entire island. Definately happy with the condo. It was kept clean and had what we needed. It would have been nice to have air conditioning since it was so hot. And since its right on the golf course, they mow the lawn everyday. Other than that--it was great. Very quiet location and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time, but rather be on the beach. Great getaway--you can't go wrong with this one! :)

I found this hale to be just what I had hoped for. Quiet and convenient. I was impressed to see the decor and location, right alongside the golf course there. Very helpful are the tiny details such as seasonings, kitchen utensils, even a sewing kit. But for the vog, I could live there.
