ATTENTION: There is approved construction at the Sea Village that will occur in neighboring Building 1 from July 24th through October 2nd, 2014. There will be construction occurring in Building 3 from May 15th through November 15th, 2014. Unit 3210 is adjacent to a unit being worked on from May 15th- July 24th. The remainder of the time that Building 3 will be effected it will not be adjacent to this unit, but the complex will have disruptions in the common areas.

Sea Village is an inviting Oceanfront complex located about a mile south of downtown Kona along Alii Drive. Our one bedroom-one bath condo is just a short distance from Magic Sands Beach a local body surfing favorite and Kahalu’u Beach Park known for sea turtle viewing and snorkeling. There's a new flat screen TV in our living room as well as a Blu-Ray DVD, and Wi-Fi internet access for times when you need to connect to the outer world. The newly renovated Pool and Jacuzzi sit behind a sea wall just feet from the Ocean. If you enjoy tennis, the tennis court is newly refurbished and ready to go. Located on the Sea Village grounds you will find Green Flash Coffee where you can enjoy your morning cup of Kona Coffee, get a panini sandwich at lunch time or enjoy an ice cream cone. Join us in paradise for a memorable vacation!

Our first-floor unit was a little dated in furnishings but nicely located and very comfortable. It could have been better if it had air conditioning. We were there at the end of March and would have needed A/C if the weather was any hotter and more humid. The heated pool and grills were both nice and useful. This complex is dated (from the 70s) but has more charm and simple living than some of the newer, more expensive complexes.

One of the best views at Sea Village. Grounds and pool area are well-maintained. Easy access to pool and BBQs. If a lot of people are using the pool, it can be a bit noisy, but it was always quiet after dark. No A/C, but the ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room were adequate. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Nice 'homey' décor. Would definitely try to rent this condo again.

We had a good time. However the people above us in the privately owned unit 3310 would stomp back & forth like stampeding elephants (often before sun up, & then again in the evening until 11+ pm). After 4 days of this rude & inconsiderate behavior we spoke to the wife who made the lame excuse that her husband was 6'4" & that they were remodeling & moving furniture around as they had just bought the unit. They did not seem to care that quiet time started at 10pm because they were property owners. Should not the rules apply to all? Perhaps Sea Village should make an extra effort to make sure that owners also follow the same rules as everyone else.
