Clean out the "clutter"

We enjoyed the complex and the grounds. They were well maintained and clean. Yes they are dated but they were fine considering that they were built in probably the 80's. Our condo had a lovely new bathroom and shower and the bed was comfortable. We found the kitchen to be a problem. The sinks backed up after using the garberator ( I only put stuff down it like cereal and old lettace.) It was difficult to use the kitchen because there was so much old "stuff" in the cupboards and on the counter. This did not help make the place feel fresh and clean. As well there was too much furniture and this made it difficult to move around. eg. 3 sitting areas on the small veranda was too much. I would recommend that the condo be cleaned out and then hold a big garage sale.

We had a wonderful time. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, we had everything we needed and it was all easy to find. We do have some suggestions for improvements. The place smelled extremely musty when we first arrived, I think it was unoccupied for a while and there had been a lot of rain. It would have been a good idea to run the AC before we got there, my allergies to mold flared up a bit. After we had been there 2 days with airing it out in the day and AC at night everything was fine. There is a lot of extra pillows, upholstered furnishings and rugs to collect molds and some editing would be a good idea. The faucet on the kitchen sink does not work well, it is hard to adjust it to run the hot water. All in all though we were very comfortable there. thanks fo reverything.

THE SOFA IS VERY UNCONFORTABLE. THE ONLY CHAIR YOU CANSIT ON IS THE RECLINER THE OTHER CHAIRIS AN OFFICE CHAIR.
