Relax and enjoy the ocean sunset on your private lanai with a full ocean view and overlooking the rolling, lush green Kona Country Club golf course. Play golf, enjoy the beaches, snorkel or take a day trip to the volcanoes. The Country Club Villa is within walking distance of the Keauhou Shopping Center and the Sheraton Resort in Keauhou Bay. The villa sleeps 6 people, and has a large master bedroom with a private bath, guest room with twin beds, guest bath, queen-size sofa-bed, washer and dryer and barbeque on the lanai. The condo has been completely refurbished with fully upgraded kitchen and baths, new carpeting, window coverings, and beautiful new furniture. There is a 7 night minimum stay at this complex & 10 night minimum during Christmas Season. This is a non smoking unit as well as no smoking on the lanai's or walk-ways at this complex.

This is a nice property to enjoy the Kona Coast view. Close to grocery, drug store and restaurants. Great parking.

I loved the apartment's view and general location and amenities. However, I had to sleep on a twin mattress on the floor because the king bed mattress was so weak and old, that my back was killing me! I would suggest getting a new mattress for that bed. Also, if he doesn't want everyone to take out his best towels to the beach, he should put in some inexpensive beach towels. Kitchen appliances like colander and vegetable peeler would be nice. Also a few condiments.

Also, there were no explanations of how to operate the DVD, TV, stereo. Putting those instructions in the book would be good.

We have two rental homes, so we've learned over the years from our guest's comments.
