This complex is a great location for being near downtown Kailua Kona, yet you are right across the street from the beautiful Kona Coast Sunsets, fun restaurants and convenient shopping. You'll find treasures at the Kona International Marketplace, find local and exotic fresh fruits at several Farmer's Markets & sip world-famous Kona coffee where it's grown. This one bedroom, two bath condo was recently remodeled with simplicity in mind, and is very comfortable for a couple. We have tried to make our condominium as complete as possible for your enjoyment while on the Big Island of Hawaii. There is a 3 night minimum stay/10 During Ironman and Christmas. This is a non-smoking complex.

We stayed @ the Kona Pacific Feb 25-March7th of this year, 2012- We were so impressed w/ what what was included for the money spent, defiantly worth- Loved how it was so close to downtown Kona by all the fun little shops, we dont generally go to the same vacation spot twice, but if we ever go back to the Big Island Hawaii, we will FOR SURE stay here. The negative review about the noise out on the Lanai in no way deterred us- Great place, maybe we will be able to retire here:)

We enjoyed our two weeks at this large, well-stocked unit. The lanai is noisy due to traffic, but sunny in the morning and cool in the evening. Location is convenient. Pool and cabana are great.
