There is also washer and dryer located in the unit.
The property offers 2 pools situated amongst beautifully manicured grounds. The salt water pool is located next to the man made beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean while the fresh water pool is located behind the cabana, which houses bathrooms and showers. The tall swaying palm trees offer shade to those wishing to stay out of the sun. The spacious cabana also houses several BBQ's available for all guests and residents. The property also offers a laundromat at the south end of the complex.
Downtown Kailua, offering open air markets, shopping and dining, is a short walk east from the complex while Kahalu'u Beach, which offers snorkeling with tropical fish and turtles, is a short drive west down Alii Drive. The seawall is a great place to view the many wonders of Hawaii. Spinner dolphins, whales, boats and parasailers can be seen throughout the year while one never gets enough of the breathtaking sunsets.
Maintenance Notice: The Association will be renovating tower walkways with work scheduled to begin on approximately June 1st 2023. The construction period is expected to last for approximately 2 months. The stacks ending in 24-26 are being directly affected (North Building), neighboring units should expect construction noise and dust. Please inquire with KCV for details.
