Kona Isle C31 Description
E Komo Mai! We invite you to enjoy our little piece of paradise, which has been tastefully decorated in tropical decor and fully stocked for all your needs.
Enjoy a cup of fresh ground Kona coffee on the lanai while planning your day of exploring all the Big Island has to offer. Pack the cooler with lunch and drinks, grab the beach towels and chairs and head out for a day of adventure or relaxation at the beach. Return at the end of the day for sunset cocktails enjoyed at the oceanfront beach area while grilling your dinner. Complex includes a private beach area with lounge chairs, community BBQ grills, picnic area, pool and lending library.
Our condo is a top/third floor corner unit (no elevator) in an ocean front complex. Being a corner unit, it has great airflow and provides both a partial ocean view and a magnificent view of Hualalai from the lanai. The living area includes a sofa sleeper & wall AC unit (AC in living room only). The kitchen is well-stocked, and includes a washer/dryer. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Ceiling fans in every room keep the condo comfortable.
In January of 2020, we removed the carpet and updated the flooring in the living room and bedroom, replaced the kitchen sink and installed a new bathroom vanity and sink. We’ve listened to our renters and have upgraded the mattress in the bedroom, and replaced the thin mattress in the sofa sleeper with a more comfortable 8” mattress. We want you to be comfortable!
The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated near the ocean edge, along with a sandy beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues. A unique salt water pool is next to the ocean. The salt water pool is adjacent to, but not on, the Kona Isle property, and it is owned by the State of Hawaii. Use at your own risk.
The town of Kailua (shopping and restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches, snorkeling, and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace.

Minimum night varies seasonally 5 - 10 nights. This is a No Pets, Non-Smoking/Vaping Property.
