It was truly an exceptional experience. The house is stacked with all you need to have an unforgettable Hawaiian vacation. There were even a body board and four beach chairs for our convenience, besides the beach towels. The location was in the middle of buzzing Kona, near the beaches and near the town center with restaurants and local shops. Walmart, Target and all well-known convenience stores are within a 5 miles drive.

This unit is perfectly located. Assigned parking is right nearby, access to the pool and barbecue area is right there.The grounds are very well maintained, and the complex is located close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Very good place, clean and lots of amenities. Well equipped kitchen and we enjoyed washer/dryer. David the concierge is really nice and patient. The hot water was not working when we arrived and they took matters into their own hands very quickly.

The apartment #107 on a ground level had everything that you possibly need on a vacation. Very well maintained pool and beautiful flowers and trees surrounding the complex. We enjoyed our time there and would stay there again!

well the location is perfect right off the main drag Alli Drive and back in so also quiet. This is close to everything in Kona and I drove to Hilo twice and didn't get lost coming back. I would say they could upgrade their washer & dryer and maybe provide some more beach gear like an umbrella would have been nice. The property communicated well so no complaints there I would definitely stay here again!

Leading up to our stay, the communication with the host was extensive and they were also responsive. The property was clean and spacious and had everything you would need to eat in or go to the beach. The A/C in the living area was great, although it got a little stuffy during the day in the bedroom (the fans made sleeping comfortable). The patio was a good space to sit in. The short walk to watch the sunset on the complex grounds each night was excellent. The 2+ km walk into town was ok for us.

Images were accurate. Would recommend this property. Excellent location with easy access and parking. We did have some issues with the 'neighbours' noise (fighting) but appeared to be immediately reconciled by the property manager - thank you. We would recommend staying here.

The unit was lovely. Internet connection was spotty, and in the evening the TV was very difficult to use. I had to shut it off between every program to get it to change channels. Sleeping was actually fairly uncomfortable, the bed was great, the bedroom would've benefited from an air conditioning split. I really appreciate having a dishwasher. It makes all the difference in the world knowing you have clean dishes and cups. All the furniture was clean and comfortable and laundry in the unit was also a bonus as I will be traveling another three weeks throughout the islands. Because I was here for work I did not have the opportunity to take it vantage of any of the property amenities like the pool.

We had a wonderful stay with Kona Coast Vacations at Alii Villas. We had a lovely 1 bedroom condo that had everything we needed for our stay. The pool at Alii Villas was wonderful as well. We also enjoyed the location. We were in walking distance of everything we needed.

Good location, lush grounds and patio very private.. Convenient parking. Roomy suite. Nice pool and BBQ, Ocean view from the pool. Older complex and suite needs updating. Grime on cabinets and suite needed a good deep cleaning. It was cleaner when we left than how be found it.. Noise was an issue as the sound travels and you can hear everything, but not much they can do about that. The bed is a king size and very comfortable.

We stayed at the Ali’i Villas on Ali’i drive. It was perfect. Our room had a fully functional Kitchen and washer and dryer. There were a couple of lawn chairs, beach towels and an Assigned parking spot. It was about 1 1/2 Kms from Kona Village. I would go back to this Place again. It was not in the middle where life is busy but within a close enough distance That you could access that if you like. There were also BBQ’s and a pool that was lovely.

This place is well located and has a lovely patio (lanai). The many beautiful plants around give a sense of privacy and enhance the outside area. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a lot of additional items available such as beach chairs and coolers. Check in and out was straight forward and directions were clear. I would definitely stay again.

we like ground level units, the patio extends into the landscape and makes the area feel much bigger. The patio is blocked from the car areas making it private, has a walkway out to get to the pool area. Landscape crew are always attending the gounds.

Somewhat flummoxed upon arrive - no 'office' just a no so welcoming (I guess you could call it a) building - that didn't appear to ever be open.
Found our way to our Villa - very bright and welcoming. It has everything except an inside door mat - luggage scale, coolers for picnics, road maps which we missed until too late :(, super landscaping,

We found the condo to be as advertised and even better than we had expected. We did have an unfortunate accident out on Alii Drive on our day five when my wife fell in the darkness after departing the shuttle bus. She broke her hip and we proceeded to experience help from the locals and hospital staff that we will never forget. We highly recommend your Kona Community Hospital and your community spirit. An unexpected advantage was the easy access to unit #107 because it was on the ground floor with a great patio area for my wife in her wheel chair.

great place to stay. I was happy to find they provided two coolers with different sizes for us to use. they provided cooking and dinning utensils so we can purchase some local fish and cook our own meals instead of dinning out every day. washing machine and dryer are also included.

Very comfortable condo with everything we needed for our 3-day stay. Included beach chairs, snorkels & masks & more fun beach items. Nice pool & adjoining area with tables & gas BBQs. No A/C, however overhead & standing fans were all that were needed for January in Kona. Busy traffic area as Alii Ave. is 2-lane with lots of condo complexes & hotels. "Old-town Kona" is about a mile north, and is a hub-bub of restaurants, cafes and lots of shops. No view of the ocean from the condo unit.

Well located, beautiful grounds. Quiet complex. Pool area was pristine. Condo was a little outdated. The blinds in the bedroom need some attention. There are slats missing hence way too much light coming in from the parking lot and exterior of the building. No dustpan in the unit, I requested one but did not even get a response to my email. Used a piece of cardboard.

As usual the condo was in great shape clean and ready for our arrival. We also utilized the concierge service and they booked our 3 tours which went on without a hitch. On this visit we didn't need to contact the property management company but last year they were very helpful.

By first look everything looks nice and neat, updated tv, appliances. The room was very warm at first, (super hot day) but once we got all the fans going and took a dip in the pool it was comfortable. There were little problems along the way, first the Internet wasn't working well and the toaster was broken, Amy from the office called to see how we were doing and I let her know about these two things, right away someone came out to fix everything and brought us a new toaster. There were a few more issues and again right away someone was able to either fix or replace the problem. Great customer service!! The complex itself was a very nice and quiet place right next to town. Perfect place for our family vacation!
