This popular complex features two swimming pools, an ocean front man made beach and a common area to include Gas BBQ Grills dining tables and a covered cabana. One pool is on the ocean's edge and a second chlorine pool is located mid-way through the property. There is a beautifully manicured courtyard area with a wide variety of tropical plants, trees, flowers and water features.
Maintenance Notice: The Association will be renovating tower walkways with work scheduled to begin on approximately June 2022. The construction period is expected to last for approximately 2½ months. The stacks ending in 27-31 are being directly affected, neighboring units should expect construction noise and dust. Please inquire with KCV for details. Thank you for your patience while this project is being completed. This project will also start up again in future years around June as they complete 2 towers at a time.
