The view was amazing. The place was well stocked with everything, including coolers and sunscreen. The beaches are a little farther away than I was expecting, but that is the Big Island.

Great Weather, Warm Water :0 This place is so perfect! We've been to many places, this one is the most well supplied and organized ever! Several days at Kahaluu and Magic Sands Beaches. Did a 1/2 day at Captain Cook Bay. Our most fun and memorable event was the night dive with the Mantas! Thank you!

We arrived 8/14 after a long day of traveling, only to arrive to our original condo unit being occupied! The agency we went through had double booked the unit :( Luckily, my parents were also staying here and we could stay with them night #1. We attempted to book another unit which also ended up being double booked! It was like a bad dream! Finally, JC with the complex called Kona Coast and were miraculously able to get us into your beautiful unit. (100x better than the original one were were supposed to stay in) Your condo had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the loft and the views from the patio. It was the happy ending we desperately needed! We hope to be back again!

Country Club Villas 315 was a great place for me and my family!

The view from the lanai is over the golf course and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset every night. As many will say, this is one of the best well stocked homes I have ever stayed at. This home has everything you could want in the kitchen in terms of appliances, cooking utensils, ziplocks, tupperware, mixing bowls, utensils, bakeware, etc. We snagged some extra shoyu packets for one meal to prep back at home. The rooms are kept well and there's an abundant supply of sunscreen, lotions, and more. All we had to buy was 1 roll of paper towel. The loft has its own full bath and was great for the teenage boys who wanted their space. AC worked well, showers were great, couch was comfy. Lanai has boogie boards, chairs, beach toys, umbrellas. Other than groceries, shop for your stay AFTER you check in. Great great place! TO NOTE: It is a little dark in the main dining/living room area. Dinners were a little more romantic than we needed them to be! We did leave a note in the guestbook about this, we think track lighting would be a great addition. The broom provided in the home has very stiff bristles, we recommend that you vacuum up the sand you bring in. A softer bristle broom or Swiffer would be a great addition. This place is on the top floor. From the parking spot, you will need to go up two short flights of stairs. This was OK for us but if you have an elderly guest or someone who finds stairs difficult, please be aware.

An excellent unit. Very child friendly; very clean; organized and well stocked. If you're planning on staying in this unit; instead of spending your money for supplies; save your money on food instead because it is well stocked with supplies; from coffee; laundry detergent; sunblocks; first aid meds; children's books and games etc etc. My most fav part is its close to everything. We're hoping to stay in the very same unit again next year. I highly recommend it.

It is a beautiful condo stocked with everything for a Hawaii vacation. The location is close to Kona with lots of restaurants. But the condo has a full kitchen for cooking meals if you just want to stay in and watch the ocean and beautiful sunsets.

We have been coming to Country Club Villas for the last 10 years (via VRBO, Kona Coast and other contacts and agencies)---this was the nicest, best equipped, most welcoming condo we have ever stayed at! We have always enjoyed the views from the CCV lanais, particularly the sunsets; the convenient location to shopping, snorkeling, golf and restaurants. This year, we were really appreciative of all the amenities of 315: the redecorating was exquisite; the new stairs to the loft makes access to loft so much safer; beach and pool toys and chairs were abundant and convenient; the smart TV; the AC; the kitchen was wonderfully stocked with quality cookware, cutlery, cleaning supplies and starter coffee! Well done! Access to a printer, complete with paper and toner (I have had to buy these in the past), was thoughtful. We arrived late at night and we must say that the condo appeared so welcoming at that late hour (after 24 hours on planes), it set a good tone for the beginning of our stay.

Great location close to the action but not right in the middle of it. The owners of this unit have everything you need for the kitchen, grill, beach, games, “Hawaii Revealed” type books, nice spacious lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean for sunsets. Every consideration we could think of was at our finger tips due to the solid organization. Three bedrooms was really nice! We will be going back! Thank you!

Condo is on top floor of 3 level complex that overlooks a golf course. Very quiet and never heard noise from neighbors. The kitchen and closets had everything you would need on a vacation and it was all clearly labeled. It was a 5 minute drive to either snorkeling or beaches to ride waves. There was an on-site pool that was very clean. We've been to Oahu several times but this was our first trip to the Big Island. It was noticeably hotter and had little trade winds. We were very thankful for the air conditioning in this rental.

Had a great experience staying at the condo, it is exactly as pictured in the listing. Very clean and has literally everything you could imagine for cooking (pots/pans, spices, etc.). I spent almost a month at the property in March 2022 and couldn't have imagined a better place/location. Right off the Kona Country Club golf course and also a quick jog to a number of nearby beaches. Would definitely stay here again, was perfect!

Very Happy with Our Stay

We were very happy with our stay - the bed was comfortable (huge one for me) and you can tel the folks who own it take great pride in the space, everything is very personalized and very comfortable with nice furnishings and touches. The condo is very well equipped with kitchenware and with beach items, made it super homey and comfortable. It was quiet and the ocean view was amazing, we could see whales from the lanai (awesome!). The pool area was ok, nothing great but close by. I was impressed with how quiet the little community was, made for ultimate relaxation. I would say we were sort of surprised with how much they did have at the house (spices snd such) that coffee and sugar were not part of the kitchen goods provided. It is run by a management company so that took away some of the personal-ness to communication but over all it was fine (there were a few things that stuck out, one is no extra toilet paper which was definitely the management company's policy and also lack of certain info like where the pool is located and info regarding that you need a key to get into the pool but overall no big deal). Due to Covid the management company had a ton of paperwork for us to sign and when I sent some back they were a little terse with their response (apparently I misunderstood their request and sent the wrong proof of vaccination in the mix of roughly 15 pages of contract paperwork we also had to sign, over about 5 emails they bombarded us with after booking), but we got it sorted and it was fine - this is feedback about the management, not so much the condo space. We loved the condo and would definitely come back. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful Views, Tastefully Renovated and Very Comfortable

The condo was just as pictured. Beautiful views, tastefully renovated and very comfortable for family and friends. We were four adults, but the condo can easily accommodate 6 adults. Three bathrooms makes vacation life easy for everyone. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever encountered in a rental. If you need it, this kitchen has it. My favorite Vitamix power blender for the perfect frozen margaritas and Pina Coladas. Both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig coffe maker. Rice cooker, air fryer, large assortment of cooking pots, pans and bakeware. Plenty of dishes and silverware ...far more than a dishwasher can hold. Even cooking oils, spices, foil and lidded containers for storing leftovers. Plenty of barbecue utensils to make good use of the private grill on the lanai. We made great use of it all! We ate every meal on the lanai, enjoying the beautiful view...and occasionally entertained by the golfers below. We enjoyed several excellent nearby beaches, and took snorkeling tours and manta ray tours from the bay directly below the complex. The location was great for several days of around the island drive tours. We love using the Shaka Tour app and the tours provided for the island. And we certainly appreciated the air conditioning throughout the unit. Every room has a/c. Summer days can be hot even with good trade winds, and we were very happy to sleep comfortably. Two weeks in this lovely vacation home makes us want to move here. Mahalo!

We absolutely loved the Condo. The place had everything that we needed and then some. Everything was labeled and organized. This was our first trip to the big island. The location was very conveniently located to all that Kona had to offer. It was nice to have access to the beach chairs and the canopy which came in handy on our trip. We did have a slight issue when we first came to the place with the sliding glass door. We called maintenance and they fixed the door right away. Beautiful place, very clean and well kept. The condo had everything we could think of, including every kitchen tool one could need, movies and books for the kids, all neatly labeled. Felt like home and we wished we could stay longer! Plenty of space for our family including three young kids, although the upstairs loft got very hot. Location is great too, with excellent snorkeling nearby, as well as grocery store, drug store etc within walking distance.

Our villa was beautiful! The four of us each had our own bed and loved the living space, kitchen and lanai. The loft was so cute, just wish it wasn't so hot up there. The whole place was more equipped than with expected. The kitchen had almost any appliance we could think of. Our concierge was super helpful and responded quickly and effectively.

This beautiful condo was everything it was advertised to be. The furnishings were new and comfortable and the view spectacular. The owners thought of adding everything you could need. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
