Best rental for 3 couples! Each bedroom had its own en suite and the other living spaces were comfortable of course we spent the day outdoors by the beach, hiking or just general exploring. Definitely need a vehicle to get around but it was a lovely and quiet part of the island with a 20 minute walk to Makole’a beach which was for me the icing on the cake! The cherry was the fact that my daughter’s partner proposed while we were out on black sand beach so what a fantastic trip!

This condo was perfect with 3 king beds and 3 baths for 2 couples and two teens. It overlooked the ocean and we watched the sun set every evening. We even saw whales! It was very quiet at night and within walking distance of beaches and groceries.

We loved Unit 318 of Country Club Villas. It is the perfect place to enjoy a Hawaiian holiday. The lanai has a view of sunsets that is unsurpassed! The view from the upstairs loft is gorgeous. The condo is equipped with everything you could need. The option of air conditioning was appreciated. We love the beaches near this condo. The proximity to shopping is very convenient. Afternoon or evening swims at one of the three pools is fun after mornings spent snorkelling or exploring. We very much appreciated finding this condo available for our holiday.

The condo was nice. It was clean and decorated nicely. The lanai was awesome and the view of the ocean was beautiful. The pools were very nice. My only complaint was that I specifically asked to be notified if the condo was ready sooner than 4:01 PM (we arrived to Hawaii at 9:30 AM) no one called and I literally couldn’t unlock the door till 4:01 PM Aloha Michelle,

As stated on our website, the Rental Agreement, and your check-in/directions email... our standard check in is 4:00pm. While we do try to accommodate early check ins, we cannot guarantee them due to housekeeping and inspections schedules or possible maintenance. We want to be sure the unit you are checking in to is perfect and ready for your stay!
For future bookings, if you reserve the day before, you can check in as early as you like the day of arrival.

We always book vacation rentals as opposed to hotel stays and I have to honestly say this might have been the nicest condo we ever booked. It was super clean and was stocked amazingly well with all necessities. We ate at least one lunch or dinner at the condo daily and were able to cook anything with no issues. The views from the balcony are wonderful, and we enjoyed sitting outside while having our meals. You will definitely need a car, but the place is convenient to explore Kona and further points. We were also happy that it was very quiet and afforded us a good night’s sleep. It was also about $300 cheaper listed with Kona Coast Vacations than VRBO! Yes, same condo. We would 100% recommend and would book again when back to the Big Island.

Your condo was absolutely wonderful! We were very impressed with all that it had to offer. There were a couple of issues, but nothing we couldn’t handle. There was one cockroach in the front bedroom by the kitchen (my son took care of that). The bbq’s left burner wasn’t working & the other partially (we were still able to bbq one night, just took a little longer). The hair dryer in the loft bedroom didn’t work, but I just borrowed one from downstairs. The condo was absolutely well-stocked with everything! Appreciated all of the beach stuff. We even added our beach towels to the stock, that we had bought before we came. My son’s only recommendation was maybe adding bbq tools. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there - felt very comfortable & safe. It is such a quiet area. Would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone who was looking. Don’t know if I’ll get back to the Big Island, but if I do, I would certainly try to book your condo. Mahalo for making our family vacation wonderful!

If you need a beautiful, well-equipped condo, this is your spot. Amazing view, great location. Walking distance to shopping center and beaches. This condo has just about everything you need- kitchen/cooking stuff, beach stuff, etc. We had six people and were very comfortable. Beds, seating, lanai are all awesome.

We all loved our stay, the condo was very clean and comfortable with the multiple AC units. We had really good communication with the property manager and the concierge service they provide was a nice added bonus to help us book excursions. The condo was fully stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, sun screen, umbrellas, beach towels, games etc. We ran out of propane the first night but they had an extra tank ready to go. Dishes were clean and appliances worked well. The view of the golf course and the ocean from the balcony really makes the place a great rental. The only downside is the road/highway to and from town is gridlock all the time, but this is in no way a reflection of the rental itself. Thank you for hosting us.

This was a great place to stay for the Ironman World Championship. Close to grocery shopping and Longs Drugs and easy access to the Queen K and Kuikini or if we wanted to drive along Ali’i. We didn’t use the Kona Trolley but it was close by if we wanted to use that transport option. We appreciated the king size beds and AC in all the bedrooms and it was nice for 4 adults. The view from the balcony was relaxing and we enjoyed the sunsets every evening. The pool had a spectacular view of the ocean and the property itself had beautiful foliage and flowers throughout. We had a wonderful trip to the Big Island and look forward to returning soon. Mahalo!

Best beautifully remodeled unit. AC even in the loft. Great views and the best for morning walks to the bay. Really awesome trail to a gorgeous cove just 3/4 mile from the unit. Minutes to a little shopping center. Short drive to town, snorkeling beaches, yummy Black Rock pizza in Captain Cook and so much more. It's our second time at this location and this unit was the best by far. Three pools and hot tubs are perfect for evening swims after days at the beach or out exploring the island. Property is managed exceptionally well. We had a precious flying squirrel stuffed animal left behind and they reached out so my brother could pick it up and so it home! Mahalo for everything!

This condo we rented was perfect for my family of 5 plus my mom! The location is wonderful! This condo is nice and roomy for a family and the 3 bedrooms and bathroom was really nice to have. Never felt crowded. The location was also great because it was just a quick drive to all the fun beaches and entertainment.

There is grocery shopping and restaurants close by, and a short drive to many small beaches and Kailua-Kona. Unit was clean, as pictured and as advertised. Would stay here again.

Our vacation and the stay in the condo was fantastic!
It is unfortunate that so many vacations are marred by "experiences" getting home. Our connecting flights in Canada were cancelled, our group split up, my wife getting home 36 hours after me, sister's luggage lost after two additional and different flights than me, hours on the phone trying to re-book flights, etc. etc. Canada's two busiest airports are in perpetual denial that they are located in a country with winter. Exhausting!
Good thing we had many relaxing days in Hawaii!
As for the unit, it was fantastic. Exactly as expected, as described, and as it appears in pictures. It was very clean, well equipped and comfortable.
Some minor points. The kitchen could us at least four more adult sized forks. The shower door in the main floor course facing bathroom is missing seals/stripping on the door, resulting in water getting onto the floor while showering. Minor points for improvement.
We look forward to booking through Kona Coast Vacations again at some point in the future.

This unit has everything you need for a great, relaxing and/or active stay on the Big Island! This is our fourth time to Kailua-Kona and this is the best place we have stayed in. Walk to the market in the morning or to rent bikes. Short drive to all that is Kona. Fantastic sunsets as you unwind at night. Mahalo to the owners/management team!

We were very happy with our choice to stay in #318, the location was great, the unit itself was very clean and well presented and suited our family perfectly. I can't stress enough how wonderful it was to sit and enjoy a meal or beverage on the lanai! The view is fantastic! It does get very bright and warm in the afternoon but the roll down shade (that you can still see through) and ceiling fan really helped.
The unit was well stocked with spices, teas, sweeteners etc as well as foil, plastic wrap and ziplock bags. The one thing that surprised me is there wasn't a small package of coffee for the first morning. We arrived very late at night so I was so glad I brought some with me. Such a minor thing but if you need a coffee first thing, plan accordingly! For anyone wondering as I did, there is a Keurig and drip coffee maker to use.
We will definitely be back and this unit will be the first one I check for availability. We stayed for 2 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully next time!

Stayed at this property for our first 'mixed family' holiday! Everyone enjoyed the amenities, I loved all the kitchen appliances & tools! A few minor mishaps, but nothing to write about. I did call in & report the small details & spoke w/someone. Overall, a great stay in Kona! If I had a suggestion, it would be to either purchase new knives or sharpen, they could use it!

This condo is located in a small to medium size complex that is very quiet. Easy 15-30 minute drive from everything. Three pools; the one we used had amazing views and was salt water instead of chlorine which was fantastic. Small hot tub there as well which was nice at night. The condo itself is amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. Extremely clean, beautiful views, and comfy beds. Air conditioning was a must in June and it worked well. It is incredibly well stocked...so much so I almost cried tears of joy! Literally anything you would need to cook a meal is in that kitchen including some basic seasonings and cooking oil/spray. Tupperware to store leftovers, even some ziplock bags. Toaster, blender, coffee, everything! Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers. We did have to buy more toilet paper (we were there 10 days) and another roll of paper towel along with dishwasher soap. The washer/dryer worked great as well. We spent most of our time on the patio and ate all of our meals there. Note you do not have beach access at this property. It overlooks a beautiful golf course and has gorgeous ocean views. You can walk about 10-15 minutes to shoreline access, but it's not a beach. There are some fabulous beaches to drive to which are nicely listed out for you in the welcome book and this worked great for us! The property management company, Kona Coast Vacations, was wonderful to work with. In summary, this is by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Do not hesitate to book it!

We have stayed at the CCV's several times but this time chose #318. It was very clean, beautiful decor, and a fantastic view. It was very well equipped, comfortable, and had air conditioning. There was always plenty of space at one of the three pools. It is located close to groceries, pharmacy, restaurants and gas. I would definitely stay there again.

Let's start with the view, overlooking the gulf course down to the ocean. I loved sitting on the Lainai reading, eating, playing games. This is the cleanest property I've ever rented. Everything was taken care and in good working condition. What most impressed me was the little things. All the kitchen amenities were here. They even had a garlic press. Most the time cooking in a rental requires creativity because why knives are dull or there is only one pan - had everything I needed. The pools are great for smaller kids and the beach is not far away.

Beautiful and well equipped condo that exceeded our family?s expectations! Everything was fantastic about this rental, the space, the sunsets on the lanai, the proximity to Keahou Bay, shopping nearby. Mahalo for sharing your condo which helped our family have a comfortable and memorable vacation!

We loved the condo at the Country Club Villas. From making the reservation to arrival, everything went smoothly. The condo perfectly fit our needs. The 3 bedroom 3 bath condo gave all of us privacy and space. This was one of the best stocked kitchens in any condo we've rented. Lots of spices and plenty of cooking utensils and pots. We also appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Comfortable beds, good location. We'd love to go back!

Great condo for our family with adult children. Lots of room and privacy. The owners provide everything you need including beach chairs, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo is in a convenient location. We loved it! Hope to come back!

Came to Hawaii for our daughters wedding with our family and had a wonderful stay at this condo. What you see in the pictures is accurate. The view was amazing and the lanai was great for breakfast and peaceful. Had one small incident but manager and owner resolved the matter professionally. Would stay again when we return to visit.

Our stay in unit 318 was awesome! Beautifully furnished and supplied with everything you could possibly hope for!
Please note; maximum occupancy is 6. If your party is 3 couples, or 2 to a bed, you're good to go. Do not depend on the advertised roll away bed, sufficient for small children only.
Everything else was perfect!! Lovely view, quiet golf course location, easy walking distance to a well supplied shopping center. We bought way too much food at Costco and Walmart, but no one went hungry! We used the beautiful kitchen like it was our own. Ate out only three times; The Coffee Shack, Shaka Tacos, both a short drive south; and The Lava Lava Club, north to Waikoloa. There are a couple of beaches a short drive away, one perfect for snorkeling, the other for swimming.
We highly recommend this unit and will look forward to renting it in the future. Thank you, Kona Coast Vacations for great visit to Hawaii!

Trust me, if you rent this unit, you won't be disappointed! Everything from the upgraded appliances to the spaciousness of the rooms, including bathrooms. This host provided everything you will need for a day at the beach, including towels, snorkel gear, a small cooler and an umbrella. I'm sure they could have helped us with planning excursions but our daughter and son-in-law live in Honolulu, and have been to the Big Island several times, so they planned our days. I can't say enough about the condo and the island. It met and exceeded our expectations!!
