First, we would like to give five-plus stars to Kona Coast for outstanding service. We rented through them a few times and never had any issues. Last time we ordered some beachwear from Walmart to be delivered to the Kona Coast warehouse, and we picked it up there upon arrival. It was extremely convenient, thanks. Our stay at Fairway Villas C22 was very pleasant. The grounds are magnificent with all the palm trees, and a large variety of different flowering trees and plants, all well taken care of. Walking distance to the A bay, a beach, a restaurant, Kings and Queens shopping centers, Hilton dolphin quest. Other major and beautiful beaches are within a short driving distance. The area is populated and has a few resorts, but not much noise goes around. No mosquitoes, maybe a couple of flies in a week, but practically no bugs inside or outside. We used to see roaches before, as they are common in other areas on the island. Here we could find a few near a trash collection bin, but geckos were taking care of those. Our unit was on a second floor – we liked walking the stairs, but there is an elevator as well. Most of the time it was quiet except for some occasional maintenance work during daytime hours. The unit had new hard flooring and very little carpeting, which we liked a lot as it makes it clean and easy to clean. There were floor dusters with wet pads and a vacuum available for cleaning. We also liked a matching furniture set - it is wooden, stylish, padded and comfortable. The mattresses were comfortable too, especially the king sized mattress. Having two full bathrooms was convenient, and a walk-in shower was great. The kitchen had everything - a range, a new fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all the cookware. A stacked washer and dryer inside were ok; we were glad we did not take a lot of clothes – it was easy to wash them. The washer had a rather narrow entry, reaching down to its bottom for clothes required a bit of acrobatics as my wife has short arms, but that was a minor inconvenience. Wi-Fi was very useful. TV was great with tons of stuff for kids and adults, but who needs TV in paradise – we did not watch it much and spent time traveling around and swimming. Once we saw a tiger shark hunting turtles in the A-bay and close by, it was very exciting and not scary (it was not hunting us or other people). Lanai is facing a golf course, and the maintenance work there starts around 5am. It was not much of a problem even with the lanai door open, as we woke up around that time, and it usually lasted 20-30 minutes. Most nights there were relatively cool with dry easterly winds, and sleeping was exceptionally pleasant, and there was no need to use AC at night. The AC unit was on lanai, which was ok. It worked only when the door was closed, and we heard no noise inside. However, when someone used AC at night, it did create some intermittent noise, but luckily only a few units nearby were occupied, and we were able to enjoy quiet nights most of the time. It was a perfect vacation, and we would give Kona Coast 6 stars if we could, and they deserve it. Thank you and we hope we will be able to return next year.

we thought it was in a wonderful location, safe, off the busy area but oh so close. A short walk to the lava lava beach club with all the things you needed there beach food, sunset, and a walk in the opposite direction towards quiet, coves and turtles.

we found this location to be a great jumping off point for the many adventures we enjoyed, diving, snorkeling, hiking and long drives to explore the island.

We had a great time. Enjoyed staying in C22…it was clean and beautiful, just a short walk to pool. Location convenient, nice walking distance to shops/ restaurants. We plan to return there again and hopefully will be able to get same condo. Only problem was elevator wasn't in service, but good exercise climbing stairs. Mahalo for allowing early check in. Staff very friendly

This was our 4th time at Waikoloa Resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a great location - within short walking distance of the Queens and Kings shopping centers. Enjoyed the view from the balcony. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious for 6 people.

Our family had a wonderful stay! Can't wait to come back, it was hard to say goodbye to the island! Just a heads up there is no plastic cups to make a drink and go for a walk to watch the sunset! The the kings trail for hike it's a great adventure! My husband truly enjoyed the golf courses for his morning rounds! We did buy an umbrella and beach stuff because we where not aware of the beach supplies in the condo so please enjoy the new beach umbrella 🏖️ And most of Mahalo

We just returned home from our spring break on the big island. This condo was wonderful with plenty of space for our family of 4. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the lanai each morning and the proximity to the pool was perfect for us. The walk to Starbucks was also nice in the mornings. We used the BBQs in the complex, which are also conveniently located.

I had stayed at your villas 16 years ago on my honeymoon. And it looks today, just as beautiful as it did back then. You have done a fabulous job of maintaining the property. Easy to book. The couch is a sofa sleeper, even though they said it wasn’t! We easily extended a day. The location is convenient to pretty much everything. I’d recommend the third floor for quietness, and it is on a golf course so there is some early morning maintenance now and again.

Overall we had a lovely stay! Pros: Excellent management company communication. Great location in a village community. Very clean. Beach chairs/towels available. All appliances and fixtures were in great shape. Spacious--we were just 2, but could have had 4 no problem, 5-6 with the right group (only 4 dining chairs). Cons: The management company limits the AC so that the lowest it can be is 72 degrees. I understand that they are balancing a humid climate with guest that might do dumb things and high electricity prices, but we were far too hot sleeping at night. We chatted with the management company who were so pleasant, but would not adjust. Also difficult to tell from the photos, but the master bathroom is fully open to the bedroom. If privacy is an issue for you/your family, know that if someone is in bed they can stare directly at someone showering.

We had a great time and were very happy with the unit. We had stayed in building E previously, and preferred the view there, however this unit was better overall. The beach items were great to have and we had enough of everything we needed (save for shampoo, which we anticipated and planned for).
The only items that would have improved our stay were new mattresses (the primary bed was firm, yet flat and not supportive, and the one twin bed was incredibly squeaky) and adding an extra chair in the living room.
Overall the unit was clean, but could use some extra cleaning under the furniture.
We wouldn't hesitate to book again and love Fairways Villas!

We had a great time staying here! The property was beautifull. The location was great, very close to A-Bay beach and Kings and Queens shopping areas. It was close, but still very quiet. The pool area was a little small but nice, our 5 year old loved it!

We have stayed in Waikoloa Beach Resort a few times and love it. The condo was clean and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. There were also a number of items needed for the beach, including chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. The only complaint we have is the TVs in the bedrooms are very small. We enjoy relaxing in bed at the end of a long day and watching TV. The TV was quite small, but since we were in paradise we made due.

We were delighted with the Hawaiian style well equipped "home away from home" , overlooking the golf course with Mauna Kea in the background. A great morning condo since golf course is manicured early morning and you may watch the sunrise over Mauna Kea. The location was convenient to shopping, hiking, golfing, beach access and dining. Nice unit. Pros: great location. Walking to shopping and restaurant was great. Fully stocked kitchen. So nice to have beach supplies in the unit(chairs/umbrella/ice chest/beach towels/etc) assigned parking space. Make sure you leave your parking paper in the windshield :) Cons: Be aware that this is a 2nd floor unit and during out visit, the visitors above were very heavy footed well past midnight. Knowing we are on an island - we did kill a couple of bugs. The carpet needs to be cleaned and/or replaced. We were there 18 days and only got 2 hotel size bottles of shampoo- no conditioner and two small bars of soap. So bring your own. :) This was the first time staying at the Fairway Villas. We would definitely look for a top floor next time (sadly none were available during our stay) Overall. We love Hawaii. And look forward to returning.

Rented a condo (C22 Fairway Villas) directly with Kona Coast the first time. We have stayed at the Fairways many times before, but typically rented through VRBO or other aggregate sites. We have no issues with the rental process at all. Check in/out were easy. They provided a 24/7 number, but we never had to call them as we encountered absolutely nothing wrong the entire stay. The unit itself was on par with other units we stayed at before. It was clean and comfortable, and there were little extras like coolers, water filtration unit, beach toys, etc. to make the stay more convenient. The Fairway is our favorite property in the area. Not the poshest of them, but we rather not pay $$$$ to stay in a stuffy place. It is close to the shops on the golf course, with a good pool, hot-tub and exercise area. Grounds are well kept, and it has a low-keyed, relaxed, unpretentious upscale vibe. Weather is always nice year round, and it is easy to get everywhere on the Kona side from Waikoloa. We've been vacationing in this area for some 30 years, and hopefully will be back for many more.

The unit is a generous size, well laid out, well equipped, and very well located within the property. Pool and exercise room and gate are all close. Walking distance to Kings and Queens shops. Short drive or easy walk to A'bay beach. Hapuna beach, Spenser's beach, Kona, and the airport are all less than 30 minutes drive from the unit. Easy access to Waikoloa Village and Saddle road to Hilo is an added benefit for this location. We really appreciated the beach equipment at the unit, including the cooler bag, the two umbrellas and the good quality beach chairs. The master bed was quite comfortable, the ceiling fans and A/C worked well. The reverse osmosis water supply and garburator were great additions to the kitchen. The kettle leaks and needs to be replaced. We would definitely look to stay in this unit on future vacations to Kona

We had a nice stay and the condo fulfilled all of our needs. The condo is clean and bright and we liked the fact to have snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach stairs and umbrella available to use. We explored different beaches such as Puako, Kekaha Kai Beach Park, Kahalu’u Beach Park and more! The location of the condo was perfect, right behind The Kings Shop and Shell gas station as well as a short walk away over to The Queens Market Place. Plus minutes away from A Bay. The kitchen was well equipped with amenities and I loved the special faucet to refill water bottles! The sofa sleeper we had available gave us a good laugh when we opened it up! It had never been used before and the mattress was still in its original plastic wrapping :-) Kona Coast Vacation is very responsive and fixed our flickering bath room light right away. Thank you for making us feel home away from home.
