Traveling to Hawaii is a dream and the island of Kona has so much to offer - my husband and I always marvel at the beautiful lava formations, the stunning mountains and the inviting waters that surround us everywhere - and let’s not forget world class golf right outside your door.
Equally more important is choosing the right place to stay and we hit the jackpot with the Golf Villas at Mauna Lani H-22. When you drive in you realize you’re in a special place, beautifully manicured, expertly managed and wonderful amenities are at hand.
Our villa sits right on the golf course - and being avid golfers it was fun to have coffee on the veranda every morning, watch the golfers do their best and retreat once again in the evening with a nice glass of wine to discuss the adventures of the day.
We took full advantage of the pool, the gym and made sure to go on long walks everyday around the property which follows the golf course and take amazing photos of holes #7 &15 - simply stunning backdrops. We took time to enjoy the beach everyday - a short drive from the villa and “solve the problems of the world” while standing in the beautiful, warm, calm waters of their private beach. Dinners at their restaurants were a bonus!
We couldn’t have asked for more in the villa. Fully equipped and supplied with all we needed for a wonderful stay. Well stocked kitchen, large TV’s, super comfortable beds and the layout makes it unique. Downstairs is the living quarters, kitchen, bathrooms, veranda - but a loft upstairs was great for friends who visited and were able to have their “own space” to hang out. The design lends itself to a very comfortable “feel at home” vacation.
The whole experience was wonderful - outside and inside the villa. The property management is on top of everything making sure that the villas and it’s contents are kept in A+ condition - something we really appreciated.
Without hesitation, we would recommend this villas and complex for your Kona adventure. It’s easily accessible from the airport and not too far from any daytime adventure you find yourself enjoying. We’re thrilled with our new found “home away from home” on Kona. Mahalo!

Everything in this 2 story condo was excellent. It is modern/new, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The pool/gym are not crowded and it's an easy drive to the Mauna Lani beach club. The outdoor grille is a nice touch too.

We had the best 11 days staying in Kona! Kona Coast Vacations were amazing from day 1 up until our trip. They were incredibly responsive, caring and communicative with our family. We arrived at a beautiful condo, which was exactly as advertised. It was spacious, clean and so beautiful. Our family fit perfectly! The Golf Villas are so close to the private beach club and other beaches, shops and restaurants. We can't wait to go back!

Condo and Community are Wonderful!

The condo and community are wonderful. Condo is beautifully furnished and fully equipped; has everything you need. Everything is stylish and super comfortable. All of us slept so well; some of the best mattresses. Coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening on the lanai are so relaxing. You really feel like you are in a 5 star resort. The Beach Club is protected and great for swimming and has a top rated restaurant right on the beach, Napua, which offers lunch and dinner. Be sure to have their fish tacos and calamari; they are the best. Foodland, restaurants (Tommy Bahama's can't be beat) and shopping are within walking distance. Lots more shopping and dining in Waikoloa just a short drive away. Perfect getaway!

Another beautiful stay at golf villas in this exact condo. So clean and wonderful! There wasn’t anything the condo didn’t have that we needed. The grill is terrific and the view never gets old. I love waking up with the birds while drinking coffee on the lanai. Mahalo!

We had a fabulous time in Hawaii. While we didn’t tap into all of the resources you made available to us through your concierge service, we absolutely loved our villa and the surrounding area. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed. It was a perfect layout for my family too. My 15-year old son loved having a loft with a big screen TV all to himself and my younger son (turned 13 on the trip) also had his own bedroom. We cooked breakfast at home every day before setting out to enjoy the island. We made this reservation very last minute as far as holiday getaways go, so we were extra-impressed with the quality of the villa. The regular emails and organization from the Kona Coast Vacations team did not go unnoticed. You are top notch! Thanks again.

Clean, Updated Condo

Everything went smoothly. Clean and updated condo in xlnt condition. Very good communication with property manager. There is a full flight of stairs to get to the front door so be conscious of that. Beach club access is a real bonus. Will happily rebook next time I’m visiting the Big Island.

We usually stay in the Waikoloa Beach area but decided to try the Mauna Lani resort area this time. We liked it so much that this is our new go to place when on the Big Island! This condo was perfect for our family. There is a whole separate upstairs loft area that was perfect for the kids. The main floor had 2 very nice bedrooms with super comfortable beds! The kitchen was very stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The Lanai was my favorite part. There is a view of the golf course and spectacular sunsets every evening. There is everything you need for beach days in the garage, perfect for the private beach nearby that we had access to. I highly recommend this unit!

The property was beautiful and very close to Beach 49 and the Beach Club. Really enjoyed our stay here! It was a quiet neighborhood with a lovely pool my kids enjoyed as well. The property management company was very responsive and helpful in booking adventures while we were there. We stayed for two weeks and would definitely stay here again!

We loved this villa. We had 2 couples but easily would fit 6 very comfortably. We loved having the upstairs loft for those that got up early. It was so clean, and well stocked. Only thing we would have liked was a cooler to use for the beach, but not a huge deal. Beds were very comfortable as well.

My wife and I recently stayed in Mauna Lani Golf Villas H22. We had a fantastic trip. The accommodations were great. Very clean and very well equipped kitchen. Loved the bbq on the deck and the views. Beds were very comfy too. The beach gear is very much appreciated. Would definitely go back. And, thanks so much to the Kona coast vacations team. Everything from the initial booking, the concierge service, the directions/instructions, as well as the immediate help we received when we had a little trouble connecting to the wifi, was top notch. We will definitely book with Kona Coast whenever we visit the Big Island in the future.

We had a wonderful time! The condo could not have been more perfect. Everything about the property was incredible. The location is so peaceful and everything we needed was provided. The access to the beach club was such a treat. We love the rugged beauty, close to all our needs but remote feeling. We saw whales and turtles and monk seals. The condo community is kind and quiet. The workout room was excellent. We already booked for next year!
