Your island home is situated on the penthouse/top floor of a triplex building - Pu'uwai O' Kahalu'u (in the heart of Kahalu'u). Ceiling fans throughout, fully stocked kitchen and 1,100 square feet plus 350 square feet in covered lanais with ocean/beach views. Sleeps up to 4 people with king beds and a daybed with 2 twin mattresses in living area. Fall asleep to the sound of the surf! Walk across the street to Kahalu'u Beach Park - the premier snorkel and surf spot on the Island. The neighborhood has several board rental shops and the next door neighbor runs a surf school. Snorkel gear available to rent at the beach.
Located less than 1 mile away are shops, restaurants, a movie theater, grocery store, drug store, and Keauhou Urgent Care – hopefully not needed. Less than 2 miles to Keauhou Bay Pier, the departure site for various activities including swimming with the Manta Rays. Kona Country Club has re-opened less than a mile away and Makalei Golf Club boasts a challenging course with expansive ocean views, reasonable prices, and is located just 10 miles away.
