Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of our tastefully decorated 5000 sq ft home or cool off in the wonderfully large 50 ft pool. The home has 3 king bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each. There are five bathrooms in total with three en suites, one main for the 2 twin bedrooms and one on the lower floor. A den on the lower floor brings the total sleeping capacity to 10. The large kitchen is a chef's dream featuring high end stainless steel appliances including a double wall oven, granite counters and a large island with a built in cook top stove. Perfect for vacation entertaining!

The home is located within walking distance to most amenities including the Kona Golf and Country Club, Keauhou Shopping Center, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, dive shops, kayak rentals and the movie theatre. It is a very convenient location yet still retains quiet seclusion and charm.

For your comfort, limited air conditioning is available for the lower level of the home which includes 4 bedrooms and a living area. There is an additional charge of $60 per day for AC for the balance of the rental

There is a 5 Night minimum stay / 10 During Ironman & Christmas Season. This is a non smoking no pets home.  Hawaii Tax ID: 057-218-0480-01. Heavens is located in the cooler elevations, you can relax on the lanai, barbeque and watch Hawaiian sunsets night after night in this dream home. Lush landscaping abounds and the large yard features a large saltwater pool & hot tub, panoramic ocean views, water fall feature, 2 Master Suites in the main house, a smaller bedroom with a trundle bed  & a separate 2 bedroom with 2 full baths behind the main house.

Two master bedroom suites in the main house with ocean views, a large living-dining room that boasts tropical features. The oversized gourmet kitchen has everything needed if you plan on cooking for a large family. There is a formal dining room plus additional seating areas on the lanai and near the swimming pool for you to enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining. The den has a new flat screen TV, Wi-Fi access, DVD player, and surround sound system.

This property is close to everything including the airport, downtown Kailua Kona, shopping (Costco is 3 minutes away), several beaches, and all the Big Island activities you can imagine. Situated at a comfortable 1,000 feet elevation on the western slope of Hualalai, Kona Heavens enjoys vast views of the Pacific Ocean, harbor, airport and a glimpse of the lights of Kailua-Kona village.
