The ground floor end unit E4 was the best! It was supplied with more than I expected: yoga mat, shower hair and body wash, air conditioner in bedroom, landline (which saved my cell phone/net life), umbrella and cooler...washer and dryer etc. First rate view and island breezes.. Kona Coast was available when I needed info and help....one thing you would expect is the Resident Manager would be available but wasn't at the time, so would advise to maybe just call Kona Coast Vacations. Also, close to Kona town makes it walkable. All together... I had anticipated this trip for 2.5 years and it met every expectation of a Hawaiian condo vacation. Thank you!

Our condo was reasonably priced for being right on the ocean. We LOVED waking up to the view. It was very clean and uncluttered. The bedroom had a portable air conditioner and a ceiling fan. It was perfect for a good night's sleep. We highly recommend it.

We originally booked a different condo from another website but we're unable to stay even a single night and needed to quickly find a new place to stay. We contacted the host of this property who was very accommodating and went out of their way to help us out. The view from this condo is amazing and everything was extremely clean and tidy.

Beautiful ocean view and ground floor access. Very comfortable living room seating and bed. Well appointed kitchen. Construction next door was a bother and the unit is alongside the public beach access to the saltwater pool so lots of activity day/night. Kona Isle grounds and pool new wonderfully maintained.

Our stay was very pleasant! This location was walking distance to town. Check-in and management where welcoming and quick to respond with any requests. Ocean view was beautiful and weather was perfect. Only downfall was pool was under construction for the month of April (stated in description) and construction cones in-front of our unit only (not stated in description). Would recommend this unit to friends and family . Mahalo!

We were very fortunate to stay in this beautiful ocean-front unit at Kona Isle! The ground-level location is so convenient, and the view from the lanai is amazing. Being able to sit at the outdoor table to eat, relax, and watch sunset was really a treat. We would definitely stay here again!

Caught sunset (almost) every evening as the back opens to a serene environment and atmosphere. Small place, perfect for 2. Lots of small things like pots, pans, utensils so we had many meals we were able to prepare ourselves. For the nights you want a restaurant and tourist watching, you can walk or drive approx 1mile.

Great location. Great communication with the property owner. The property was just like the photos. The property has beach towels and a beach umbrella, which was nice. Be sure to bring your own coffee filters, salt and pepper, tin foil, …the property does not provide those things.

This VRBO is in a great location, steps away from the ocean. Sunsets at night were fantastic by the beach and bbq area, or sit on your lanai and watch it from there. Listening to the wave crashing on the rocks was very relaxing Approx 30 min walk into town if you want to have a couple of extra Mai Tai's, and don't want to drive home. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to make meals. Swimming pool was nice to cool off in the afternoon, and only steps away from the unit, so getting refills on beverages was easy. Location is fantastic, easy drive to many places Booking was straightforward and property managers are attentive.

Excellent property with incredible views! The location is centrally located with easy parking. We loved the ground floor unit because the views of the ocean were still unobstructed and it gave us very easy access to the pool. My only wish list would be for a few more beach/shower towels and some basics items in the kitchen like extra paper towels, extra laundry soap. Also the Murphy bed was incredibly difficult to put back together and we ended up leaving it open the whole time. All in all…I would definitely stay again!

Nice condo. Ground floor, ocean front. Just far enough from “downtown” yet close enough to walk to town (for us). Tiny convenience store real close if ya' need something quick. We plan on coming back. I wanted to paint the wall gecko🦎 on the lanai but didn't. Thank you for offering the place.

Had to put new refrigerator in condo (lost food in the refrigerator), sliding door on the bottom leaked water approximately 21/2 feet into the living room floor every morning ( quite a nice leak), sugar ants in kitchen (working areas). I think the water is from the sprinkler system (it needs adjustment). The whole lanai chairs and table wet. Couldn’t sit out in the mornings enjoying coffee and breakfast( way to wet). The condo was very quiet and a nice location to view the water.

Our first trip to Hawaii will definitely NOT be our last. This property fit our needs perfectly. It's just the right distance from town, but not too far. You could walk there if you had to (35 minutes), which we did one night from the bar because it was so nice out. And it's just far enough away that there is very little traffic or crowds of people. We can't wait to come back and stay in the same unit.

This was an amazing condo in an amazing location!!! The beach-front view was spectacular - we fell asleep to the waves and watched the sunset every day. The salt water pool next door was a gathering place for the locals - they were never loud but always provided a good festive atmosphere!! Would definitely go back and highly recommend it!!

The best thing about this property is the view from the lanai. The property is clean and comfortable with a convenient location and free parking space. Kitchen amenities were sufficient and having a washer/dryer I the unit is an additional bonus. The only downside is that 2 of the nights we had noisy neighbors in the unit above as this is a ground floor unit. Basically, with the bedroom unit windows directly above each other you could hear conversations and such. Overall, would stay here again!

The unit E4 has an excellent location right at the ocean front. We spent a lot of time having breakfast and dinner watching sunset and sunrise. The place has all amenities one could wish for: dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, tea kettle, toaster, blender etc. We used the grill and other cooking supplies quite a bit. We always found what we needed! At lastly, communication with the Kona Properties was great: pre-travel communication was on point, we also had a checkin call to confirm everything was fine as well as reached out throughout our stay. Overall, this place is great and we can't wait to come back!

The view from our lanai was spectacular. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach lulled us to sleep every night. It was great waking up in the morning with some great Kona Coast coffee. The condominium was very clean and was the perfect home base for our vacation. We hope to be staying here again in the future.

Wow!!! The unit was just perfect for myself and two young boys! Queen bed plus another pullout bed made this space great! What really makes this unit special is its ground floor location and spectacular view of the ocean right in the backyard! The saltwater pool, Kona Isle pool, and BBQ area gave us plenty of things to do in the evenings. It was well stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, soap, and shampoo....enough to get you started, for sure! Plenty of cookware, as well! It even has beach chairs, boogie boards, and cooler/ice blocks for day trips! The location was ideal; we were minutes away from everywhere we wanted to be the week we stayed. No regrets here! Would love to be back there now!!

Condo is located a little over a mile from downtown Kona. Which was perfect for our needs to be close to restaurants but not too close that you dealt with traffic. The condo was an end unit in the bottom floor and we spent so much time enjoying the sunsets.

Not sure if it's easy to tell from the photos but yes there is a washer/dryer in the condo which is super convenient. Plenty of appliances for cooking plus boogie boards and beach chairs. There is a public salt water pool close to the unit which is awesome (though you can expect some foot traffic during sunset that is not a bother). Would recommend and stay here again.

Our stay at Kona Isle in E4 was great. The proximity to town and other places in Kona was very good. The location to the ocean couldn’t have been better especially being on the ground floor. We could just walk out the back and enjoy sunset. The unit was very well equipped with probably everything you would need, but we only used a small portion of the supplies. If I had to find one thing that I didn’t like it would be the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Wish it would’ve had an in between speed....it was either very high or very low, but that was just a minor inconvenience. Overall for the price, location, and working with Kona Coast Vacations...it was five stars.

Kona Isle E4 was exactly what we hoped it would be. The main photo is THE view and is only better in real life. It is tastefully decorated and stocked with almost everything. A beach umbrella, binoculars and insulated cups are the only things you may want to bring along. This island has SOOOO much to do and see. Highly recommend renting a jeep and heading out each day to find something new. The saltwater pool just to the right is so much better during high tide but the condo has a lovely pool and great beach area. The grounds are immaculate and tropical. Highly recommend this piece of paradise.
