Beautiful apartment, directly in the heart of Kailua Kona, stuffed with all you need for a perfect holiday - within it and for beach days. 2 master bedrooms, and another bathroom on top. Parking lot with 2 spaces for a big car (Jeep Wagoneer). Communication with Kona Coast Vacations was always very fast and they really care about their guests (eg Tsunami instructions and updates were very helpful for us) Fully recommendation!

We just completed a wonderful week at the Kona Pacific (D622). Checking in/out was smooth and Kona Coast Vacations was available/helpful with the one question I had on the trip. The location itself was brilliantly located so as to be far enough to be quiet from the town but close enough to walk in too. The suite was very clean, spacious, had a large balcony, and a very well equipped kitchen. The BBQ by the pool area (and the pool too!) were additional amenities we appreciated. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a week and loved the quiet location, even though it’s just minutes to the beach and bustle of Kona. Out of all the vacation rentals I have stayed in, this was the most well-appointed place. It had everything we needed in the kitchen (and then some) and beach items galore. The lanai was expansive, which we utilized anytime we weren’t exploring the area. The only issues we encountered were the AC unit in one bedroom randomly glitching, as well as a Venetian blind piece falling off as we closed the blinds. Normal wear and tear of a vacation rental. The space was thoroughly cleaned before our stay as well. The only suggestion we thought of was options for night lights. It gets quite dark in the condo and the blinding bathroom light in the middle of the night is quite the shock, even with the dimmer activated.

From the moment we opened the door, we knew we had found the perfect place to stay in Kona. This gorgeous condo exceeded our expectations in every way—beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped, and ideally located right in town yet blissfully quiet.With two spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and additional sleeping options in the living room, it was perfect for our group. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (including a waffle maker—what a treat!). The owners have truly thought of everything, from an entertainment system to a closet stocked with Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, beach toys, and boogie boards.The highlight? The huge lanai! With a table for six, a loveseat, and extra seating, it became our favorite spot to relax, dine, and soak in the tropical breeze. The air conditioning kept everything cool and comfortable, and the secure, under-building parking (with easy double-space piggyback parking) made coming and going effortless.This condo was simply fantastic. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-appointed retreat in the heart of Kona, look no further—this place is a gem! We can’t wait to return.

Our stay in this condo was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how beautifully appointed and thoughtfully stocked it was. With two spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it was ideal for our group of six—plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The complex was quiet and beautiful. The fully stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and we especially appreciated the generous supply of essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The added touches, like a closet full of beach gear—four chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, beach toys, googles, and plush beach towels—made our beach days effortless and helped us create fantastic memories. The air conditioning kept the space wonderfully cool, and the overall attention to detail in amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. We had 2 piggy back style parking spots that were easy to get in and out of. There were grocery carts near the elevators to haul our groceries or beach gear to the 6th floor condo. One of the absolute highlights was the huge lanai—an incredible outdoor space with a table for six, a loveseat, and two chairs, and 3 ceiling fans with lights, perfect for enjoying meals or just taking in the lovely partial ocean view. It was our favorite spot to relax, whether sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. The condo’s pool was also lovely—clean, refreshing, and a great place to unwind. The only minor downside (and really, it’s tiny!) was the no-fins, no-snorkels, no-toys, and no-boisterous-play rule, which made it a bit more geared toward quiet relaxation than active fun. I’d have also appreciated a vacuum of some sort, especially if we’d stayed longer than a week. Sweeping all the sand was not always effective. The condo’s location is also great. It is walking distance to the south end of the touristy part of Kona, a 1 mile walk to the pier. Overall, this condo thoroughly exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautifully designed, well-stocked, and in a fantastic location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped home base for their vacation!

We stayed in unit D-622 of Kona Pacific in Kona. When arriving, our unit was not only beautiful and well appointed, but was absolutely spotless! We opened the door to find Hawaiian music playing which really added ambiance. We walked into town nightly, had our kids come stay for a few days and enjoyed coffee and the sunrise from the lanai each morning. We love the local service provided by Kona Coast, have used them many times, and will continue to for future visits. Highly recommend them and this unit.

Really liked this place! The balcony is entire length of the unit. View just like the listing. Recently renovated so very nice. Had everything we needed. Walked to beach and to town. About 8 minutes each place. Had some nice meals and drinks watching the sunset. The in unit washer dryer was a huge plus! Only wish there was a rack or hooks to hang air drying. A/C worked great and could control with hand held remotes. Had a battery out for one fan but called and it was changed in a couple hours! Excellent service. Parking spot is tight but we had a smaller Jeep and had no problem. Would stay here again!

We stayed in this condo for over a month. It is perfect. Easy walk to restaurants. Easy parking. Great lanai. All furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen is compact but okay. We would definitely stay here again. Birds sing to you all day and into the night.

We traveled to Kona-Kailua to participate in the 50th anniversary of the Queen Liliuokalani Race. Everything about the property was as advertised and fit our family perfectly. We had everything we needed: fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, cooler, boogie boards, huge lanai, covered parking, washer/dryer, and a pool! We couldn't have asked for anything more. The property managers were easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. We're already looking forward to staying here again!

This place is great. It's in a perfect location - really peaceful but only 5 minutes from a busier area full of places to eat. The accommodation was wonderful. As other reviews have said, the photo's don't do it justice. Lovely spacious rooms, nice big beds, lovely and clean and fresh with a lovely view from the balcony. The pool was lovely and quiet and just the right size for the kids to play in. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

This is a well maintained, clean & spacious condo. The kitchen is clean & well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, appliances, and basic spices. The beds are comfortable with a large supply of linens and blankets for extra sleeping possibilities. The three bathrooms are well stocked with towels and hygiene supplies. There is a closet full of beach items and beach towels are supplied. Close access to beaches and town made this a perfect spot for our stay there. The dining area on the lanai is wonderful with the ocean view. The evening brings in small flying bugs attracted to the light. By keeping the light off on the lanai, using light from the living room lamp, we were able to enjoy our supper bug free. The property management team are awesome! There was great communication and direction from them prior to & during our stay. We highly recommend this property.

We had a great time here! The accommodation is fantastic with a huge balcony with view to the ocean. The place is very calm and quiet and the downtown is in an easy walking distance. The first public beach is in 2 minutes by walk. Perfect location! The apartment is super clean and very cozy. It had everything we needed! Absolutely recommended!

We loved this condo! Beautifully decorated- 2 master bedrooms both with private full bathrooms -plus a third full bath off the main area (would work well if you had people on sleeper sofa in the living room.) Both bedrooms open onto the spacious Lanai. It has 2 sitting areas and a dining area. There is a great view of the ocean over the tops of other buildings. We loved sitting out there. It took us awhile to find the pool- behind the condo office. It was small but attractive- and not crowded at all. You can walk to downtown Kona. There is also a free trolley but it only runs once a hour - and was full when we tried to get on. We had an issue with housekeeping - our fault- we couldn't find the graciously provided beach towels. The rental company immediately contacted the housekeeper and resolved our issue quickly. There is a super helpful notebook with lots of info about the condo specifically, and the island in general. They also have a copy of the Big Island Revealed guidebook. All in all a great place to stay- would absolutely stay here again!!

It was extremely comfortable to relax, and the lanai was a beautiful setting to just sit and soak in the sounds & scenery. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it was very nice and clean looking. I will stay here again on my next visit to the Big Island.

This condo was a perfect fit for our vacation - 4 adults. The bedrooms are roomy and having 3 full bathrooms is very convenient. The lanai is very spacious with several seating options. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses and cookware. I also appreciated all the storage containers available - something not found in many places! There are beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a small cooler for beach use. There's also a great assortment of umbrellas for rain! It is conveniently located near restaurants and stores. When renting this property, you also have access to concierge service! Shortly after checking in, we discovered one of the toilets wouldn't flush. I made a call to management and issue was fixed right away. Overall, excellent experience!

Comfortable condo in great location. Condo had everything you could possibly need. While the kitchen was well stocked and functional it definitely could use an update. There is no dining table inside so all dining is on the lanai.

We loved our stay here! The condo was well stocked with everything from basic kitchen necessities to beach toys for our 2-year-old to enjoy in the sand. We were walking distance to everything in Kona Village, including the most beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants. We are so happy to have found this place and hope to get to come back someday!

The condo location and layout for the 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are perfect for a long term vacation. We enjoyed the lanai and kitchen facilities. Overall, we had a great time staying in this condo. Mahalo!

Loved our unit! Wonderful patio with an ocean view. Comfy beds, 3 great bathrooms. Very clean and quiet. Location is awesome, you can walk downtown. We hope to visit again!

Good parts. Great location, pool and bbq area. Lanai and unit are huge. Equipped well in kitchen but does need a drying rack for sure. Parking is tight but not too far into garage so that was good because we had a 7 passenger vehicle and couldn't have fit if anywhere else and there are two parking spots which we needed so was pleasantly surprised. Bring your own boogie boards cuz they aren't there but everything else for the beach was. Bad, I think the prior renters washed the towels to early before cleaning crew dried them cuz they just stunk. Master had a strange odor so we had to leave screen door open during day. The people in charge had great communication and said they'd look into the smell. Great place though and would recommend.

Great spot for what we were looking for. I was in town for work and brought my family along to play (and do remote school). Had a great stay, everyone enjoyed it.
