What a beautiful place to stay. Perfect location for someone not wanting to be in the crowds…. Yet only a 6 minute walk to basically everything. Condos are quiet. Great pool. I would definitely recommend this place.

This has been a repeat for us with Kona Coast Vacations and neither was a disappointment! KP E630 had an ocean view, great sunset. Very close to town but on a quiet road. There were beach supplies-nice sized cooler, umbrellas. The beach chair needed to be replaced. The kitchen had all of the dishes needed, the coffee filters and tea bags were a nice surprise. The AC in the living room did little to cool and was noisy. The ceiling fans were nice for helping to cool. It would have been nice if we could have adjusted the speed of the one over the bed. The keypad entry is awesome, nice to not have a key! We would stay here again.

Very nice property. Clean, spacious for a couple, and great location. The property manager kept us updated and even called us to let us know that we could check in earlier. You have everything you need to go to the beach in the property. Overall, everything went great. Highly recommend.

It was everything that I wanted, close to downtown, large enough to be comfortable, and clean. I’ve also had a vacation home I’ve rented out, so I’m super picky. So I’d give it five stars. This was an amazing place to stay. Listing is accurate very comfortably stay. I was comfortable and love it so much I was willing to stay forever! Kitchen was well equipped and very clean (no bugs). Loved the shower iff the main bedroom....never ran out of hot water with 4 of us showering. The pool was amazing...every time I went we pretty much had it to ourselves.

Overall this was a good condo for my family. Good location to walk downtown (less than 5 min walk). The Kona Coast Vacations VRBO was a great spot to have as a base for all of our daily trips, and excursions. The location is excellent(close to restaurants, shopping) and the Condo had all the amenities we needed. We watched several beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The residents were friendly and the pool was a refreshing way to settle into the late afternoon, evening.

We have been vacationing on the Big Island every year for ~6 years now, and of all of the Kona places we have rented, we love the Kona Pacific condos the most. The location is amazing -- easily walkable to waterfront stores, or short drive to local restaurants up the hill. The condo is a pretty great base for outdoor activities on the west side of the island. It's less than an hour away from the best snorkeling spots on the Big Isand: Kahaluu Bay (~20min) and Two Step (~40min), and an hour ~ hour and a half away from Mauna Kea/Mauna Loa (for more advanced hikes) and Kohala area. As for the condo itself, kitchen is fully stocked, and having washer + dryer is really nice. :D Definitely will stay again!

Our Condo was perfect for our stay. We walked for 5 minutes and we were at a great location for food. We ate breakfast at the Lanai everyday. It was a perfect location because we were close to the main roads to travel around the island. I'd definitely recommend it for others.

Simple, convenient, great location. Everything was as advertised, just what we needed. Walking distance to restaurants easy parking, quick drive to great beaches in both directions, walk to downtown.Bed was comfortable, two bathrooms was great, could easily fit two more people in the living room. Excellent view from the lanai.

We booked a condo last minute as not saisfied with our accomadations from VRBO. Beautiful views of sunset on the ocean from the large lani. Comfortable with all supplies needed to do laundry, dishes, beach towels for the pool, and bathroom necessities. Will definately use Kona Coast again.

Within a day the management company was checking to see if we needed anything upon arrival..Very clean well equipped unit. All the comforts of home. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Nice to have coolers and beach equipment. Great vacuum which was nice to clean up the sand. Our coffee maker was leaking on the counter and they brought a new one overs with in hours. Great place to stay and would book the same unit again if available

Great condo. with minor annoyances. Cooking breakfast on the stove filled the whole place with smoke. Lighting was minimal in the kitchen. AC was loud and ineffective. Bathrooms, laundry and showers were very nice. Lots of towels too. We enjoyed the warm pool.

Beautiful views, very large and spacious for 2. The place has everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to shops, bars, everything really. Coffee on the large lanai, gazing out over swaying palms into the ocean was a wonderful way to start your day and plan your adventures

Great Space

Condo E630 was a great space. Clean, Quiet with water view and close to Kona action. My only complaint was the coffee maker took 45 minutes to an hour to brew. After a few days I had the Aloha spirit and didn't care about brew time. Thanks for the memories

November Kona Vacation

Our stay was pretty good overall. The condo rental was in a central location close to the Royal Kona which has wonderful lobby and pool area. We would spend each morning having coffee in lobby of the Royal Kona and watching the dolphins perform in the bay. In the evenings we would sit at poolside of the Royal Kona and watch the luau shows. Short walk to markets and restaurants. Condo was clean and in good shape and very well stocked with kitchen tools. Good laundry facilities nice large bed and good bathroom facilities. Very large balcony which we used as a dinner and breakfast area and good view of the ocean ships and boats.

...will definitely use Kona Coast Vacations in my future Big Island visits
