Construction Notice
Kona Reef is performing spalling work on the A Building from March 25, 2026 through April 16, 2026. During this time, lanais will be inaccessible and guests should expect construction noise, dust, and potentially limited parking.
In addition, exterior concrete repair and painting are part of a property-wide project anticipated between January 5, 2026 and April 13, 2027. While work may not be taking place directly on your unit or building during your stay, construction activity elsewhere on property may result in intermittent weekday noise, generally Monday through Friday from approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Construction schedules may change due to weather, crew availability, or unforeseen conditions. Construction-related inconvenience, noise, dust, parking impacts, or restricted lanai access does not qualify for refunds, discounts, or compensation. Please inquire directly for the most current project updates prior to booking.
Interior Highlights
The complex offers elevator access for added convenience; however, stairs are required to reach the unit after exiting the elevator.
