Construction Notice
Kona Reef is currently undergoing exterior concrete repair and painting as part of a property-wide improvement project anticipated to take place between January 5, 2026 and April 13, 2027.
For Building A, spalling work is scheduled from February 3, 2026 through March 31, 2026. During this time, lanais will be inaccessible, and guests should expect construction noise, dust, and limited parking.
Please note that even if work is not taking place directly on your unit or stack during your stay, nearby activity may still cause intermittent weekday noise during approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Construction schedules are subject to change due to weather, crew availability, or unforeseen conditions. Construction-related inconvenience, including noise or restricted lanai access, does not qualify for refunds, discounts, or compensation. Please inquire directly for the most current updates.
