As a guest of H101, you will receive complimentary access to the Cliff Drysdale Mauna Lani Tennis and Fitness Facility, https://aubergeresorts.com/maunalani/wellness/tennis/, a special amenity that is not available to all Guests. Renters of this home have access to tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a 25-meter lap pool (each open to appointments). The facility also offers modern indoor/outdoor fitness equipment, chaise loungers, and an outdoor heated sauna. This represents a large savings as this would cost an individual renter $350/month and a family of renters $650/month if paid separately. Private instruction is extra.
H101 is a private, corner, ground-level unit, with a manicured backyard that overlooks the 13th fairway of the picturesque South Golf Course, located from the lanai less than 500’ to the Ocean, with magnificent sunsets and Humpback whale breaching views in season. And all are visible from the lanai, living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom.
Beautifully furnished, recently updated, and fully equipped, this custom condo is over 1500 SF of living and entertaining space, great for everyone’s comfort and enjoyment. There are rich hardwood floors in the entry, kitchen, bathrooms, and new ceramic tile floors everywhere else.
The kitchen has large, top appliances, modern cabinetry and granite countertops, the granite dining table can seat up to 8 comfortably, the living room and bedroom have TVs and ceiling fans to better circulate central air conditioning, and there’s a large capacity vertical washer/dryer.

Also, all guests have access to the nearby Mauna Lani Point lounging pool, jacuzzi, chaise loungers, outdoor showers and entertaining area, where guests will find gas grills (cleaned daily), an outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, bar, and plenty of outdoor dining tables and seating areas to relax and entertain.
