Exceptional View

Our stay was great. Kona Coast Vacations was a real pleasure to work with and helped us get into the condo when we needed to get in a day early. This place has an exceptional view of the golf course and the ocean. Sunsets were amazing. The lanai was very large and comfortable. Condo was very clean and well stocked. The décor was as advertised as original and it was just that. The condo did show some wear, but it was hip and very comfortable. The pool area was nice, a short walk away. The private beach was a short drive away. Parking was close and covered; a real plus. We have stayed in condos in this area for several years and rate this one right near the top. We definitely strongly recommend this condo

Guest didn't want to add in review that there were carpet stains, toaster not working and carpet tack strip creating hard places for your foot to hit. Gabby and I discussed and it has already been cleaned professionally, latest RICO shows carpet is nice and wayne did not report.

"This needn’t be in the official review but there are a couple of things the owner should maybe take a look at.

The carpeting needs some attention. It is worn with some staining and where it abuts to the tile it is separated and exposes the tack strip which got our toes a few times (ouch).

Some of the light switches are mismatched and takes away from being a high end condo.

The toaster was awful at doing it’s job and should replaced.

All in all, a great stay for us and we’ll try to stay here again.

The property was quiet and a perfect place to relax, take walks and watch golfers and whales. The house was clean and had all the amenities of home. Parking is great with a dedicated covered spot.

We had a great vacation in H201 at Mauna Lani Point. The view over the South Course fairway and out to the ocean is fantastic, particularly at sunset. The owner and the Kona Coast team were wonderful to deal with. We will definitely go back, and indeed have already booked another week in February.

Property was excellent and Kona Coast were responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Both the unit and the view were even better than the pictures. Have been coming to the Mauna Lani point for decades. Love the complex, the snorkeling, and the walk to the hotel. Would 100% book again.

Fabulous Stay

Our stay in unit H201 was fabulous! The view from the lanai is amazing! We were fortunate to see whales most days from that vantage point. We would definitely return. The only thing I would suggest is that there be a few more cleaning supplies(spray cleaners for the counters).

We enjoyed the view from the lanai watching the whales and having access to the beach club was fantastic. The snorkeling at Mauna Lani is some of the best on the island. Highly recommend it!

We had the BEST experience here. All the comforts and convenience of home in an amazing location. Everything was clean, cozy and very livable. Would definitely stay here again - we miss it already!

Wonderful restful and peaceful vacation

We had a wonderful restful and peaceful vacation at Mauna Lani Point H201. I am a very recent widow and I went with my adult children who wanted to "take me away"....and they did.. Our condo was beautiful, had the amenities we needed and we enjoyed everyday. We particularly admired the way the public spaces are maintained and we would come again to the same condo in a minute. I came home rested and relaxed and (almost) ready to take on the paper work and red tape following a death in the family.
