We enjoyed our stay at Sea Village 1103 so much we booked the same unit for 5 weeks next year.
Everyone at Kona Coast Vacations was so wonderful and kind and went the extra mile to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We made a change to our reservation that required us to change units for part of our stay. Your team made sure we could check out of one unit and into the other seamlessly...twice! They made sure it could happen and not impact our day.
The unit contained everything we needed for an extended stay and was very clean and neat upon checkin.
I would highly recommend your company to anyone wishing to stay in a great location with a great team to make sure their vacation met all their wishes.

We really enjoyed this condo at Sea Village! The corner balcony has a spectacular view!The condo has a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, and additional fans too, which was nice.It was wonderful that it was located so close to the shopping and restaurants. There was even an espresso stand located in the same parking lot which was convenient.The bath towels were nice and soft. It was helpful that you had a night light that we could use for the bathroom.The kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice that there were beach items in the unit for use.The unit was conveniently located near the pool and the parking lot.We had a great time and will rent here again!

We were totally impressed with Unit 1103 at Sea Village. The view you see the when you enter the unit of the ocean is incredible. Truly enjoyed our time on the lanai. The unit had beach chairs and umbrellas which was a bonus.
Easy walk to town. Highly recommend this unit. Kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook however I didn't.

Great location at Sea Village unit 1103. View and accommodations were amazing. Unit was perfect for us. You can sit and look at water view for hours. Whales and spinner dolphins almost every morning. Everything you need is a 5 minute drive or 10 minutes walk.We really enjoyed this condo at Sea Village! We have stayed in Kona 4 other times and this unit was the best one for comfort and view! Sitting on the Lanai, watching the sun set and listening to the waves every day was the reason why we picked this place. It was fully stocked with toiletries, boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkel gear for 2, comfortable king bed in the bedroom and had a comfortable pull out couch. I was worried about not having air conditioning but with all the windows open and the fans going the ocean breeze was all you needed. The grounds are well maintained and management was just a friendly phone call away. You won’t be disappointed and we will be back! Thank you!

Thank you very much for an excellent stay at Sea Village 1103. It was a very positive experience and only have a few suggestions for improvement.The kitchen was missing a few basics such as cheese grater, bottle opener, colander and dish rack ( we seldom used the dishwasher but it was awesome to have). We also would have liked some cleaning supplies as we were there for close to four weeks. I did put out a request for cleaning supplies and Kona Coast brought by an all purpose cleaner which was very helpful. The most positive comment we have about Kona Coast is the ease of communication and responsiveness to our emails. We greatly appreciate that. The location of 1103 was better than other units in that you didn’t have car noise from the parking lot. It was also more convenient to the barbecues than other units we have stayed at. Our experience at Sea Village in general was wonderful. We will continue to stay at Sea Village and book through Kona Coast Vacations as long as we are able. Thank you so much.

Sea Village 1103 This condo is a real gem. You walk out into a balcony to have the most gorgeous view of the Kona coast . Enjoy your coffee or sundowner whilst watching surfers . Beautiful sunset views .we even had a humpback 🐋 show one evening whilst enjoying the sunset. Location is great with a 25 min walk into town . Parking at the condo unit is free and always available. In town parking is crazy expensive over $30.00 for 2 hours. Almost no curbside free parking The kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own meals -we made picnic lunches daily i as there are so many places to stop on the island to have a picnic and Whale watch . As for no ac -this was not a problem -open the balcony door and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze . Nighttime we were sleeping under the fan and under a blanket! Keep in mind it was January. I highly recommend this unit .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A close walk from the parking lot, downstairs, and the views of the ocean were amazing. We slept soundly each night listening to the ocean. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the lanai. We drank our morning coffee and had our meals out there too. We saw whales out in the distance and enjoyed watching the boats and kayaks.

As mentioned in the description there is no A/C which makes for very warm afternoons, however, there are several fans to use. Cools off in the evenings and mornings. Very private.

We loved the location and the condo. Hearing the sounds of the waves on the rocks was relaxing. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. A small air conditioner in the bedroom would have been nice, as a couple of nights were a bit stuffy when the breeze died down, but it was comfortable nonetheless.

We had a great family trip for 16 people! Rented four condos and all were clean and well equipped. Sea Village had a great bbq area and pool. Close to town and amazing views! Loved the extra water floaties and beach chairs available in rooms. We will be back 🙂

The Rental was amazing! It was very easy to locate, and getting the booking was a piece of cake. Everything was nice and clean, very comfortable king bed, nice size bathroom, and several spices were there when we needed a few things for our cookout. The pool was very clean and lots of lounge chairs. Having bathrooms right there next to the pool was excellent planning, when resort was built. The view from our balcony was spot on with the pictures that advertise this rental. We couldn't have been happier with the condo. We whale watched from the balcony, also watched parasailing and kayaking in the same spot. It was very low key and relaxing in this area. We even stayed an extra day with absolutely no problems. We just sent a text to the management, and they accommodated us with no issues. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you again for a great vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in both the individual condo and in the overall complex. The grounds were clean and very well maintained. The shrubs and plants were in beautiful condition and always trimmed. The pool and hot tub areas were very clean. We used one of the grills 3-4 times and they were always clean and ready for use. The buildings were well maintained on the exterior, and everything was in working order. The condo was just as pictured and advertised. The kitchen was very well appointed so we had everything we needed to prepare meals and store leftovers. The unit was very clean and had ample linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bed and furniture was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Each morning we used the lanai for breakfast and watched a large pod of dolphins swimming off shore or the local canoe club as they rowed across the horizon. The relaxing sound of the ocean waves were just what we hoped for! The unit was also within walking distance to the shops downtown and the harbor. It was fantastic location all the way round! We highly recommend the Sea Village and will absolutely stay there again on our next trip. It was a lovely condo and great value with a terrific location!

Sunset views from the wraparound lanai--open to the ocean on two sides--were the highlight of our vacation. First-floor location puts this spacious condo just steps away from parking, the pool, and the gorgeous courtyard. Some guests complained about lack of AC in the upper units, but in our first-floor unit, it didn't much matter. Plenty of ocean-view eateries just up the road. Very pleased with our experience.

Of the vacation rentals I've stayed in the past 10 years or so this is my favorite. Being just a few feet from the waves crashing on the rocks beneath the lanai was unbeatable. The balcony was built to have an open feel rather than that narrow "phone booth" feel most rental balconies have. Yet it still had privacy. No one could see into the unit and I didn't feel the need to close the curtains. The decor was well done, not the cheap art masquerading good art I've seen so often. The granite countertops were beautiful. Last of all, this is the first time the management called the day after I checked in just to make sure everything was going well. There was just great attention to detail.

Communication with Kona Coast Vacations was easy. They were in communication us a couple of weeks before our trip and answered any questions we had. The Condo itself was so nice and had everything we needed. The only item I would say is the bed needs to be replaced. Otherwise the view is outstanding!

Really enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better - quick drive to downtown Kona (walkable if you prefer) and loved that there was a coffee shop in the parking lot. Also, the view! Omg the view from the lanai can't be beat. Appreciated that the kitchen was well appointed with many dishes and small containers, as we used those to pack sandwiches, food, etc. in a cooler daily. Condo could use a good deep cleaning, but I would still recommend a stay here overall. Thanks for having us!!

Incredible view! Awesome location - the place is near excursions, the beaches, major stores (i.e., Walmart, Home Depot), shops, restaurants & bars, and the Kona Airport. Although the biggest downfalls were the uncomfortable beds (including the pullout couch) and a broken washer & dryer, the full kitchen and stunning views from the private lanai outweighed the cons. The free concierge was a plus and they were easy to get a hold of. The only thing to consider is that the concierge are not onsite. Although guests are limited to one bath towel and beach towel per, the concierge was able to accommodate us by giving us additional towels due to the broken washer & dryer. Again, since they weren't onsite, my husband and I did have to drive up 18 min to the office after waiting half an hour to be told our towels could not be delivered at the time which isn't a big deal but it did create a set back on our plans that day. I understand some of these inconveniences are out of anyone's control, so really appreciated how accommodating the concierge were throughout my family's stay. Would recommend solely for the outstanding customer service, phenomenal view (especially during sunset), and its great location!

Clean, close to town and an amazing views. No AC tho there generally was a breeze to compensate.

We stayed from June 29-July 6th. Sea Village 1103 was a great location with a view from the balcony that was excellent. The grounds were nice, the BBQ's worked well, the pool area was comfortable, and we met some incredible people during our week there. We walked to downtown Kona a couple of times, but you are also just far enough away that it feels a little less touristy at Sea Village. We had a couple of issues to highlight. 1. Our condo had not been cleaned when we arrived. We called and they immediately sent two cleaners to clean for us and compensated us for the inconvenience. This was handled professionally and the cleaners did a very good job despite having to come back after hours. 2. If the owners should invest in any one thing for their guests, it is time to update/upgrade at least the mattress cover if not the bed. The nights are hot and a cool comfortable bed would have made for a more relaxing sleep. We had a great time during our week at Sea Village and the next time we travel to Kona we would definitely consider booking 1103 again. If you can't find availability, look for others in Sea Village, especially a unit that has an oceanfront Lanai. We give it 5/5 stars!

The location was great, the view from the balcony amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to. Multiple fans kept us cool, and plenty of towels and overall great vibes!

Can't Help but Have a Good Time

You can't help but have a good time here! Quiet property with relaxing pool area and 4 working community grills. Stop at Costco/grocery store on your way from the airport, or if you prefer you're within 5 mins of great restaurants. The only thing it was missing to make it perfect would be a/c for sleeping.
Ocean as Our Backyard!

Loved how we can chill on the lanai with the ocean as our backyard. This is an older facility, so the walls are a little thin and there was road construction when we were there, but the pluses more than outweigh this minor observation. The pluses include: the location, having a kitchen, doordash even delivers here, and unit being on the 1st floor. Thank you!

We stayed in appartment 1103 in Sea Village. Amazing place. I woul recomend to families ( pool an the ocean swim is great for kids) , fantastic view, close to the city. Coordination with Kona Cost Vacations was fast and smooth. Super stay!

Nice, new, clean, fun and beautiful. Only issue was that the dryer did not work so we were limited on the laundry that we could do. I would definitely recommend.

It was perfect for my wife and I, we could see the fish array from our deck, and the location is perfect. Property is in a great spot, we had access to nearby restaurants and beaches and coffee, what more do you need? Beautiful views, wake up to see dolphins frolicking around, we could literally see the colorful fish in the water from our deck, and slept well with the waves crashing. We loved it!

Fabulous location with a private deck right on the waterfront. Condo was nicely updated, clean, and kitchen well stocked with everything you could need for cooking! No air conditioning but location allowed for ocean breezes to pass through. Excellent for Ironman training and acclimatization. Beautiful views including sunsets. Only downside - I was woken a few times by other guests climbing the steps just outside the bedroom window.

Our experience was top notch. The management company, the couple of times we called, answered the phone each time to personally answer questions. This day and age it is almost unheard of, very impressive. We travel all over the world and stay at this type of accommodations. This unit was definitely the most clean place we've seen in a very long time. Everything we looked for in the kitchen was available, very well equipped. Sitting on the lanai was just heavenly. In the morning sun we could see all the fish swimming around the lava rocks. The property is as represented in the ad. We would definitely stay here again.
