We had a great first time on big island staying in Sea Village! We ran into one issue (dishwasher didn't work) but the property manager took care of it quickly! This location is only a mile to downtown shops, a fairly easy walk. The pool was very nice and our three year old loved it! Would stay here again in a heart beat.

We felt like we were staying in someone’s home. Every detail was attended to - we had access to everything we needed during the trip. The beds were comfortable, the living room was very spacious, the lanai had a spectacular view from which we enjoyed our meals. Everything was top notch. I would have loved an A/C unit in the living room as it got uncomfortably hot sometimes.

Loved this unit. Kitchen remodel is beautiful with great appliances. Washer and dryer are full size and refrigerator had filtered water and ice. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. Unit did not have ac which was an oversight on my part but ended up not being too bad as weather cooperated

This was a great place to stay with an amazing location, views, and amenities. The place is clean and very cute. The beds are comfy. The parking is super easy. The place is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Overall the apartment was amazing. I will say it got very very hot without AC. But other than that, it was superb!

Was Perfect

The resort was lovely and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The view from our condo was superb with views of the garden and pool as well as the ocean. Our condo was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay in Hawaii. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and beach supplies - from start to finish it was perfect. I would recommend Sea Village and I would definitely come back again. Thanks for having us and I hope to get back to the beautiful island of Hawaii again!

This condo was accurate to the description and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great and the view from the lanai even better. We spent a lot of time sitting out watching the activity going on at the pool, garden area and ocean. There was an ant issue, which the management took care of immediately upon being contacted. We would recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again!

Kona Coast Vacations was awesome!

Kona Coast Vacations was awesome. We had a three week stay over the Christmas Season in unit 3306 at Sea Village that was everything we had hoped for on our vacation. On the day before we where to return home, our son had an Allergic food reaction and was in no condition to be on a 6 hour flight. We contacted Kona Coast Vacations and discussed our situation, they were very accommodating and found us another unit to stay in for a few days until our son was well enough to travel. Both 3306 and 3311 at Sea Village are very nice units, they were clean and had all the amenities that would be needed to enjoy your stay, The Sea Village area is ideal as there is lots to do on quiet days on the grounds, it is also close enough to walk to the town of Kona or to get to all the highways to get to where you would want to go. I can't thank them enough for assisting us in a stressful situation. Our next trip to the island will be with Kona Coast Vacations at Sea Village.

The view is AMAZING! The unit is nicely equipped with everything you need for your stay. Pool floats, boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, and snorkels are all available in the well equipped activities closest. The unit itself is a great size and very comfortable for relaxing with the family in the evening. The complex is very well kept and the grounds are beautiful. My only suggestion for the property owner would be to invest in a portable AC unit for the super hot none breezy days as the unit can get super warm. Also, the fans in the bathroom are great for cooling down but are too low and we repeatedly hit our hands when changing. Overall this is a wonderful unit and we would definitely stay again on a future visit.

Twelve family members stayed in four condos on the big island. What a great place. Not a thing was lacking. It was clean, and well supplied with everything we needed. All we had to do was stock up on food. BBQ units were located overlooking the ocean and what perfect evenings we had preparing food and eating as we watched beautiful sunsets. The room had chairs and umbrellas for beach visits and relaxation. Most evenings the kids and adults enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool.

This resort is super clean. There's people out cleaning the bbq's, pool, benches, tables, poolside lounge chairs daily. The condo it's self was very clean as well. They had every thing we needed. Appliances were all updated. Very very nice. We will stay here next time we go to the big island. It's close enough to Kona to walk to down town.

Great place in Kona. Love the location, just a short drive east of the main drag. It's close enough to get there quick but at the same time is in a quiet condo complex. This one is on the third/top floor which also helps making it quiet. The place itself is well maintained and stocked. My family of 4 had plenty of space. Love the view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. Would be great if it had air conditioning as it can get warm in the condo during the afternoon. The master bedroom did stay cool for sleeping though which helped. Overall, great condo for a family stay in Kona.

Very Safe and Clean

We loved watching the sunset over the ocean from our balcony. We walked to ocean access within just a couple minutes. Close to downtown kona, but far enough away to not hear the noise. We never heard a neighbor. The neighborhood felt very safe and clean. The pool was nice and clean. We used the BBQ grills several times. They were always clean. I'm grateful they provided some laundry, dishwasher, hand and dish soap. Also bars of soap and shampoo in the showers was useful. Beautiful place! It was very warm. We had to leave the screen door open with all the fans on.

The view is spectacular! Perfect place to stay during a visit. The condo itself is very clean, cozy and of great size. Also the location is pretty centralized for north and south Kona coast activities. Absolutely love it and highly recommend.

Comfortable and Relaxing

Aloha. Accomodations were warm, comfortable and relaxing. View from the lanai was the best watching the beautiful sunsets in Kona. Appliances were up to standard with adequate kitchen ware for cooking, and washing. Plenty of fans to utilize since there was no AC unfortunately. Great location to shops, farmer's market, beaches and restaurants which were in walking distance, if you like to walk. If you to take the Trolley it was free and available for passengers on the hour. The second bedroom bed was a bit soft and I think whatever detergent/bleach they washed the sheets in my skin broke out. Also the TV remote controls needed new batteries and new batteries should be in a drawer in the kitchen to replace the old ones. It was frustrating switching batteries from one remote to another to watch TV. All in all it was a very affordable and lovely accommodation and I would definitely return to Sea Village with its lovely surrounding of beautiful island plants, birds and island friends. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful time. However, arriving and seeing the nasty Kitchen sink was horrible, but after a few try's with the management company they agreed to replace the sink with a new stainless steel sink. I had to ask for Kitchen towels and Kitchen dish cloths, there were only two of each and for a months stay that was not good and we appreciated getting more. The carpet in the Living room has a couple of stains and I hope they will replace carpet and put in more tile or wood.

Apartment is as shown in pictures., with wonderful views of sunsets. The complex is very well taken care of. The only thing to be aware of is, even with all the fans going, it's hard to cool the place down in August. Otherwise a lovely place to stay. Walk-in shower in master bath is wonderful!

Great communication. Wonderful beach supplies that were available for our use. They all worked wonderfully and were in abundance. Cooler, towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and snorkel gear! Great location. Center to all you could want. Beautiful view. Pool was clean and refreshing. Center courtyard with grills were extremely clean and great way to eat outside or visit with other guests or residents. Kitchen was stocked wonderfully. (Knives were sharp which is always an indication of good supplies!) Beds were fantastic and I'm incredibly picky! Linens and pillows along with bathroom towels were all in good quality. There were a few beach towels also which was great to have . ** Just heads up...NO AIR CONDITIONER. There are ceiling fans and 6 standing fans. End of April was fine but be aware. Trade winds and afternoon rain help. But those aren't a guarantee. Lovely place and would definitely.

Pool was cleaned almost daily and the view and the breeze can't be beat :) Rooms felt smaller than we expected from the online listing but we quickly got used to it and it didn't feel as small. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. Comfortable place with easy parking. Lani lovely for meals, ocean view and pods of dolphins swimming by. Our kids enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed coffee at Green Flash, the kids had a daily shaved ice... both a short walk. We would stay again.

Wonderful company to work with. We had a few minor issues at our condo and the issues were resolved that very day. David the concierge was also very good to work with. He had many great recommendations and was very helpful. Our condo was wonderful and plan to return

Great location! Close to everything... beautiful ocean front view! Enjoyed to have our breakfast in the balcony with a view of ocean. Very clean house! There are few fans but not air conditioning! We traveled in December. Some nights was cool and having the fans on and windows open mad it cool. However, some nights was very warm and hard to sleep! If you travel in summer, might consider this! Overall, we had a good stay! Thank you

It was great 3 nights stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and very convenient in location. The landlord was very nice, prepared all beach gears, you just need your towels and swim suits. One thing is kinda surprising, there is no AC in this unit, but the fans are everywhere, it's not that bad in November. Overall it's a wonderful place to rent. Had a great time there

Every thing was good, Great location, we enjoyed our stay in your unit! Only negative was pool/hot tub closes too early. Which is not in your control. We will definitely stay here again!
