Great condo. this was our third visit to Sea Village. We were in building 3, on the third floor, which was a good location for the pool and grills and the third floor was a little bit quieter than first floor units we stayed in previously. As with many units, we only had a small air conditioning unit in the living room and nothing in the bedroom, so it was pretty warm, even as we tried to keep the air flowing. If you're super heat sensitive, definitely look for a unit with full air conditioning. The family in the unit next to us had a small baby and a grandmother and ended up moving mid-way through their stay to find a unit with full air-con. We love using the pool and grills and really enjoyed the people we met at both spots. The kitchen came reasonably stocked with dish supplies and the unit was comfortable. Washer and dryer were a huge benefit as this was a 2 week trip. We expect we'll be back again.

Great location with impressive views, great and very well maintained area, good equipment in the kitchen to self-cater, nice pool, Apartment is very neat and well maintained Beach equipment could be more extensive (we added a parasol). The apartment gets warm during the day, but with the existing air conditioning in the living room and the fans you can withstand it well.

Pros: Great views from the condo patio. The property had a lot of good amenities i.e. bbqs, pool, hot tub etc. We noticed that the pool and bbq area were cleaned daily which was great to see. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a great feature. Cons: There was an AC unit in the living area, which was great, but there was no AC unit in the bedroom which made it uncomfortable at night. It was difficult to find the condo unit. The signage to the unit was not clear which made it difficult to find on the first day. Overall, a great condo!

A lovely balcony view! Well kept BBQ area and pool area. The unit is dated and could use some updating. Patio doors and closet doors did not function well which is a note not a huge concern. The patio and common area made this an excellent stay. If the unit were to be refreshed this would truly be a 9/10 location.

Unit is very comfortable with fully appointed kitchen; laundry is a huge plus and will allow visitors to pack light. Views of both the ocean and hillside from the lanai are breathtaking! The grounds and pool are scrupulously maintained, and there are four large gas grills, kept perfectly clean, for an evening cookout. I will echo what others have mentioned: the portable air conditioner will not cool the bedroom from its location in the living area, unless you use the three box fans to direct the cool air down the hallway and through the bedroom door.

Beautiful views and very clean. Could use a larger AC unit. Very quiet, but would not suggest for children or younger people. A lot of rules and more of an environment for the elderly.

We had a wonderful stay on the Big Island!
We loved the property! The grounds are taken care of very well (please pass that on to the property care takers) and of course the view is beautiful!
Your property management team was awesome to deal with and would not hesitate to go through Kona Coast vacations again should we return to the Big Island.
You should think about expanding to the other islands as we also enjoy going to Maui and Kauai.
Wish the islands could be moved closer to us as we live in Nova Scotia Canada and it is so far to go 😊.

Convenient to everything in Kona. Great size for two people. A/c is useless and only in living room, never reached bedroom., so sleeping was awful when it was 80+deg at night. Sun never shines on lanai and sunsets were on side of building and cannot see it from unit. If you go down to the pool you can watch the sunset. Bbq area is nice and well maintained and a nice community of people. Nice property overall.

This property was just as advertised. Amazing views from the lanai, fully equipped kitchen, a great pool and hot tub, and complimentary beach gear. We were given very clear instructions for finding the place and checking-in/out. Had total privacy the entire time. And the place was spotless and a joy to come back to after a night out. It acted as a perfect honeymoon home-base. Downtown was a 15min walk away and it was easy to head North or South on the main highway from the property. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, low-key stay with all the amenities and appliances one could want.

Kona Coast Vacations gets a 5 star rating from us for their customer service. KCV checked in with us on our first day after checking in to see if we needed anything. Then I called KVC to report that one of the beach chairs left for customer use was broken when we went to use it, which I know that that was not on KCV but that KCV will let the owner know. The complex had a breaker go out causing a power outage for the whole complex. When I contacted KCV they contacted the maintenance person and checked with us if we needed any flashlights while the issue was being worked on. Great customer service.
As always, we enjoy this condo because of the ocean view, the proximity to town etc. We have now stayed at this same unit Sea Village 3310 about 7 times, and we always enjoy our stay. Over the years we have noticed that some items might need to be updated. The bed mattress has a dip on one side. The portable AC seems to work fine but seemed to work hard to really cool down the living area. I noticed that the filter was clogged with lint. Overall, this has been our favorite condo to stay at in the last 9 years, even thru new owners and property managers.

Condo was very clean. Nice view of ocean and Kona coast. Grounds and pool well maintained. Check-in was easy. Per the listing - air conditioning floor unit in living area - Inadequate to cool living room let alone the master bedroom (even with 4 floor fans working). Bedroom stayed at 83-85 degrees day and night. We had to sleep in the living area. No working vent in bathroom, gets very hot and humid quickly. Shower was nicely updated. King mattress worn. Fold out bed in couch very Uncomfortable. Basic appointments, kitchen supplies and utensils The unit had a smell and needs a bit of updating. The moldy rug on the lanai needs replacing. We will NOT rent this unit again and will NOT recommend it to others.

The management company went over and above the norm to help us during our stay. My wife and I developed Covid during our stay. We had to isolate ourselves. We were able to arrange for a later checkout which helped us a lot. The unit was well equipped and very clean. When we arrived the temperature in the living room was 90, the bedroom was even warmer. We had entered into an oven. We put the AC on and many hours later the living room was down to 76. We were never able to cool the bedroom to a satisfactory level. There were three I believe portable fans for our use. These fans moved the hot air…. Our suggestion would be for the AC to remain on during the changeover process. This would help but not alleviate the issue.
Amazing Location but Very Warm Inside

The location was perfect and the view was amazing but it gets VERY warm during the day. The way the building faces doesn't really let a breeze blow through so that didn't help in the cooling of it. We had to sleep on the pullout couch because that is where the portable A/C was and the bedroom was way to hot to sleep comfortably. The bathroom also got really hot and I can't imagine how hot it would have got if we used the oven. If this condo had a small window unit or portable A/C unit in the bedroom also I would have gave it 5 stars. The heat was a bummer but the view sort of made up for it and we were pretty much gone all day till dark when it cooled off anyway. I would probably stay here again only if a small unit was added to the bedroom. We also liked the closet with snorkel gear and beach chairs. We had a great time everything was perfect except the room temps.

Came out for Ironman 70.3 Hawaii. Race was up north in Kohala but decided to stay in Kona. Right choice. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Wonderful views. Grocery and restaurants close by. The condo also has all beach things you need - chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. This made for great beach outings. Had fantastic stay

Best things about this Unit were 1) View from balcony WOW, 2) location of unit 3) amenities inside the unit. Concerns were the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom (got really hot) and the datedness of the unit. It needs an upgrade. There is an OLD-stuff smell. One other concern was the lack of response from Kona Vacations when I called and left a message about problem with viewing TV. I had to call Spectrum company to resolve the issue. But, we appreciated the pool area, the location and VIEW. If this were a 2 bedroom unit, we'd probably stay here next time we are in Kona.

While the property looks unassuming from the front it is really a hidden gem. The ground are impeccably maintained and our unit was in an awesome location; beautiful ocean view with shaded deck all day. Had everything we needed for our 3 week stay, except AC in bedroom but ceiling fan and extra floor fans helped keep us cooler at night. Would definitely recommend!

The views from the lanai were great. The unit was tastefully decorated and had an A/C, which we only needed to use once. At times the noise level from surrounding units was annoying, but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again. The kitchen was very well stocked. The AC was a portable unit in the living area but didn't cool the bedroom at all even with placement of some fans that were in the closet. The AC unit also had a flexible exhaust duct that had a split opening in it such that it just pumped the exhaust heat back into the room; a temporary fix worked by propping the flex duct up. Other than that, the apartment is great and we enjoyed our stay even if sleeping was not easy.

The condo is right on a popular street in Kona. The view is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. We had everything we needed and more. There were a few fans we were able to keep the air flowing and an air conditioner unit in the living room. Will be coming back to stay again.

This is a little gem!! Perfect ocean and pool views with a full kitchen to cook your breakfast! Then eat on the lanai overlooking the ocean. Bed was comfortable, lots of thoughtful extras like beach chairs, beach towels and washer and dryer. We had a broken appliance and the management was super communicative and got us fixed up right away. FABULOUS LOCATION - near great snorkeling and Kona. Would for sure stay again!

This condo has a beautiful view and great location and is very well stocked. The only downfall is on a warm night the bedroom can get warm even with the ceiling fan and tower fan in there. I found two other fans in the bedroom closet as I was leaving which may have helped. I would highly recommend staying and will most likely be back since I am in the process of starting a non profit on the island to bring more medical resources to undeserved communities

We enjoyed our stay!! The view from the condo was amazing. It was clean and close enough to down town for my liking. Cooking our meals was great. The BBQs on the property was definitely a bonus! Definitely would stay again!!

Lovely top floor well priced unit. Spacious, well equipped, great bed, lots of good linens, amazing views, best location in resort right next to pool. Highly recommend.

All suites in Sea Village are right on the ocean! The views are amazing and the building and grounds are immaculate. Our suite was exceptionally clean and well appointed with all appliances that worked. The bed was comfy and the air-con works. Our only complaint was the garbage pick up at 5:00 am.

We loved our stay in #3310 at The Sea Village! The view from the lanai and living room is spectacular! Property, pool, and hot tub were very clean, quiet, and lots of free parking (I advise a car at this location). Green Flash Coffee is right on the property and nice to stop in every morning. The condo itself was very clean, washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, hangers in the large closet. We used the snorkeling gear, boogie boards, a cooler, and beach chairs in the hall closet for our beach trips. Kona Coast even brought a new toaster because ours wasn't working! I'd advise keeping the A/C on all day so that the bedroom is cool by bed time. The condo generally stays cool if kept closed and three box fans are provided, but those who are looking for a fully air conditioned unit may be annoyed. We had no issue and did fine (we also had A/C off with lanai slider and front door open frequently because we like being warm). Side note: no elevator so I don't recommend for those who aren't comfortable going up 3 flights of stairs.
