We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the patio area and spent a lot of sitting outside, enjoying drinks and the fresh air. There were 4 of us … our two adult children and my husband and I. The resort is beautiful and in a great location for walking to many places … Queen’s Marketplace, the beach, etc. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful/ well layed out condo, bottom/1st floor, loved the lanai/patio location. Separate bedrooms x 2 for couples/opposite ends with full bathrooms/huge showers in each. Was not a fan of kitchen, very small and pots/pans showing their age but was clean. Would stay there again even with the kitchen limitations.

We had a very nice stay on the island and enjoyed staying in your home. It is a lovely condo and very nicely furnished in island style. The lanai is very spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. We were impressed with all the beach equipment and cooler etc. The kitchen was well equipped. We asked for a kettle for tea and one arrived very quickly. The Kona coast team are very efficient and took care of all our requests very quickly. We did have some issues with the TV re: some streaming but it was resolved.

Before I review the property I would like to praise the people at Kona Coast vacations. They were polite, attentive and responsive. They resolved an appliance issue quickly and effectively even BEFORE we arrived and went out of their way not to disrupt our vacation. It was much appreciated. The unit was a good size, with a large Lanai and king size beds and well stocked. The location was good for the needs of 2 couples who like peace and quiet. The complex has a good pool and several good BBQs in 3 different locations. We are hoping to return next year.

This condo was a perfect place for my family. We were traveling with my kiddos under the age of 8 and my Mom-in-law who is 80. It was easily accessible for everyone in our party, being that it was on the first floor. And the outside patio is so lovely and relaxing with 3 little nooks to eat, read a book or just chat and relax. I would definitely stay there again!

This was our second stay at the Waikoloa Shores condominiums and we will be back again. The condominium complex is small, yet elegant with extraordinarily beautiful landscaping of tropical flowers and beautiful palm/ coconut trees . Several lovely koi ponds with waterfalls completed this Hawaiian jewel . Waikoloa Shores is situated close to the Waikoloa shopping complex that you can walk to. Also just a short drive and you will find some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The condominiums are large , two king bedrooms with beautiful walk- in shower bathrooms. All appliances, dishes and Beach accessories are avalible for a beautiful vacation.

Perfect Condo for 2 Couples

The Shores at Waikoloa is tucked away off the main road. It is quiet, peaceful and close to Kings and Queens Market, a walkable distance. This condo is perfect for 2 couples. The bathrooms and showers are spacious and newly renovated. Unit is clean and well maintained. We had a couple light bulbs out when we arrived, a quick call to Kona coast Vacations service and within an hour they changed the bulbs. We enjoyed the sprawling lanai that overlooks the pond and the pool. Perfect place for your morning coffee before starting your busy day. The grounds are lush and beautiful, which attracts many birds, Which I loved. Koa fish in the ponds are huge! Grounds were very well maintained, pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. I would definitely return to this unit our next trip.

This condo is perfect for two couples. A large bedroom and bathroom for each couple and being on opposite sides of the condo is a bonus. The lanai has plenty of space to relax with a drink and watch the sunset. The complex is very quiet and well located near shops, restaurants and the beach. Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at Waikoloa Shores 115. The unit is well-equipped and comfortable for four of us. I appreciated that the bed in one bedroom has been replaced but the master bedroom definitely needs a new bed, as does the sofa bed. I realise beach gear is never guaranteed but I feel every trip to Hawaii involves beaches and chairs should be a minimum requirement and is very appreciated by guests. The two chairs in our unit were broken. Luckily we had friends in other units that we could borrow from. I really enjoyed the location of the unit, near the pool and tennis courts. It's also great that it's walking distance to A-Bay and the shops. We've stayed at Colony Villas before and found that was a bit further from things.

Some items end up damaged and/or rusty in our moist salt air climate and are not replaced. Rather than disappointing you and your family by providing substandard, broken, worn items or in some cases none, Kona Coast Vacations recommends renting these items.

This property was everything we were hoping for! It is situated on the ground floor, with the lanai overlooking a lovely koi pond (where we enjoyed our morning coffee). It was a short walk to the ocean (where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets). I would definitely stay here again!

Home in the heart of Waikoloa. Close (walking distance, 10-15min max.) to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Property is clean and well kept. It doesn't have a warm, loved, homey feel...obviously a rental and not someone's part time home (lacking warmth).

Everything was great except all the beds. Mattress are shot, all need to be replaced, even the pull out sofa, when slept on taco's up. Springs were shot in the 2 bedrooms, made for tough sleeping.

The condo was clean and comfortable. However, having stayed at the Shores many times this property lacked certain items that we have been accustomed to having... utensils for the outdoor grills(had to borrow from another condo owner), bowls suitable for microwave, no extra paper products available for a two week stay. Only two beach towels for 4 people. However, we will continue to return to The Shores for our annual Hawaii trip

This property was a gem and I would absolutely stay here again. The property was clean, the check-in process was easy, and it was about a 7-8 minute walk to A-Bay. The house also came with beach towels, beach chairs, fins, a cooler, and other beach day essentials. There was plenty of room for the four of us to stay, and would probably be more than enough room for up to 6 people. The lanai was perfect as well - there was both a dining area and lounge area, so we were able to both eat outside, as well as have an evening cocktail. There were plenty of extra sheets and linens. Overall, highly recommend.

It is a very nice place in a good location. Is it close to shops and resorts. The rooms were a good size, kitchen well stocked and the complex facilities were very good. This is a first floor unit. If you are unlucky enough to have kids staying above you, expect it to sound like a basketball game when they are there. With the exception of the ceiling the sound proofing was good.

We had a great stay in this Airbnb! The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable — and the patio area was wonderful. We spent many nights eating dinner outside while watching the sunset. In terms of location, it was very conveniently located within walking distance of several nice beaches, many restaurants and shops! The hosts were very accommodating about the minor unexpected constructions on the pool, and communication was easy with responses quick. Would happily stay here again!

This is a beautiful condo in The Shores at Waikoloa condo complex. We enjoyed 13 amazing days there. The grounds are a beautifully planted tropical garden. The condo has everything we needed for enjoying the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas, picnic coolers and even some snorkel equipment. There is a fully stocked kitchen. The lanai is huge! There are several chairs, lounge chairs and a dining table with chairs to make outdoor living very comfortable. The check in procedure was extremely easy, the pool was lovely and morning walks along the A bay beach were beautiful. I highly recommend this location for a peaceful relaxing and beautiful vacation.

Much quieter area than staying in Kona but close enough to drive to any of the Kona stores like Costco, Safeway, and Wal-Mart. There are beaches, restaurants, convenience shops, and tourist shopping within walking distance. But because there is so much to see around the island, I thought that a car was necessary. The unit was large enough to live in so is much larger than a typical hotel room or even suite. Has a small but full kitchen. Has a small apartment sized stacked washer dryer. The unit was clean on arrival. Directions provided by Kona Coast got us right to the door at 11 pm the first night. Kona Coast calls to make sure everything is going ok. The closest grocery is Foodland. Just outside of walking distance for me. About 15 miles farther is Waikoloa Village . It has a KTA grocery store - a little smaller than a Safeway. I would consider staying with Kona Coast again. With two couples vacationing, this condo had way more amenities than two hotel rooms would and was cheaper.

The Shores at Waikoloa - #115 9/19-9/25/19 First impression was "WOW!" Just as pictured. We were overwhelmed at how nice and sparkly clean everything was - even the patio furniture! We had everything we needed and everything worked perfectly. Good location near awesome beaches and shopping. The complex itself is well taken care of and quiet. The binder provided by Kona Coast offered lots of information about the area, and David at Kona Concierge also provided information on what to see and do. We were sad to leave, but look forward to spending time at this condo again when we return to the Big Island! Annie & Lee Prince PS: Check out the octopus farm-it's awesome!

This place is awesome, we had a great time! It was well equipped and stocked. (Tabs for dishwasher & washing machine as well as soap, shampoo or salt & pepper...) The highlight for our kids was the huge warm pool. We parents enjoyed the hot tub as well. Especially the staff from the concierge-service were amazing: they answered our „code-questions“ almost immediately, even though it was well past office hours!!! Mahalo!

Our condo, 115 at Waikaloa Shores was such a perfect homebase for a Hawaiian vacation! The condo was very clean, spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed coffee and meals on the lanai overlooking the koi pond, walking to great beaches and GORGEOUS sunsets. I would highly recommend this condo for your Big Island vacation!

Loved our stay at this beautiful condo! The location is great and has a beautiful view of the lagoon and is a short walk from the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and utensils needed to make meals. There was even a closet that included some essentials for a day at the beach (ice chest, chairs, towels, snorkels, fins). The lanai is gorgeous and equipped with a wet bar and BBQ grill. For a quick bite to eat or some happy hour drinks, Tropics Ale house is a short walk away.
