Great unit and area and close to everything in Waikoloa. Kona Coast Vacations was great to deal with. Very clean grounds and pool area. Bbq on the deck was a nice to have. If I could I would rate a 4.5 I would but it's not a 5 ( short sheets on the bed, dishwasher is old and doesn't work as good as it could, mix mash of cutlery, glasses, 3 broken Tommy chairs in the garage etc, things just getting a bit dated )

Super clean space with lots of room! Lots of beach supplies (beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels, beach toys, etc…). The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. The location is great. There’s nearby stores, restaurants, and beaches! Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at the Beach Villas O22. The unit is beautiful and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to the pool which was never crowded. The grounds are beautiful as well. We used the grill on the lanai several times, and appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler(s) in the garage. We travel to the Big Island every year and have stayed at many properties in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. This condo is top notch!

This is at least the 3rd or 4th time we’ve booked directly with Kona Coast Vacations for trips to the Big Island, and it’s at least the 3rd or 4th time our expectations have been exceeded. Everything is always as advertised, communication is great, and David provides a tremendous value in pointing us in the right direction for excursions and entertainment. As for the condo it was perfect for our family of two adults and kids 8 & 11 years old. Across the street to all shops, grocery store, restaurants, and walking distance to A-bay. Well appointed kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms and lots of beach chairs and toys in the garage. The kids and I enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the golfers tee off. Golf claps for all!

We love this area and have stayed in Waikoloa Beach Villas several times. The home was beautiful and convenient for my family (2 adults, 1 three year old, and 2 seniors). Commmunication with property management was excellent. The temp at 72 degrees worked well for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Waikōloa Beach Villas 022 was wonderful. The condo was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a plus, very nice and modern. Comfortable Lani with a beautiful view of golf course. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Awesome location, close to shopping and restaurants and beaches. Pool was really nice . 2 pools actually. The grounds are beautiful. Loved having beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella and an ice chest available to use at the beach. We will definitely love to visit here again. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Great place for a family. Fit everything we needed. Only real complaint is no inside lock on the front door. We have twin three year olds that are very exploratory. We had to put a suitcase in front of the door so we would hear them if they tried to open the door. Would recommend to anyone with a family, with Queens market right across the road it was very convenient.

This was my family‘s first visit to Hawaii but it will not be the last. Upon arriving to the property we noticed the pristine grounds keeping and how beautiful the neighborhood was. The condo is very clean and well-kept. The washer in the dryer where a must for a six day stay. The outdoor Viking grill was put to good use with Steak Fillets and potatoes from the farmers market. The beds were very comfortable with enough pillows to accommodate everyone. We could not have asked for a better location to stay at with the shops across the street serving gourmet breakfast and other meals. Amazing experience overall. We will return. Thank you for opening up your home to our family.

Just wanted to thank you for an outstanding vacation. We would certainly use Kona Coast Vacations in the future. WBV is an outstanding unit. We have stayed in 5 different units in Waikoloa Beach Villas and this was the best of all 5. We really liked the fact that the living area was all tiled rather than having carpet. Having the carpet on the lanai with furniture on it is also a brilliant idea as you eliminate the noise of scraping chairs!

Nice property. We couldn't get the tv to work in the master bedroom but we didn't call about it because it wasn't a big deal to us. The pools were nice . Never super crowded. Would be happy to stay here again.

This was my young families first time traveling to Hawaii, first time staying in a Vrbo. This place was exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed, plus other items we were not expecting such as plenty of pool/beach equipment! The pool was wonderful has a nice solace area for my babies but a big enough deep area it dosnt feel crowded. And bonus they have the apartment smelling so nice when you walk in! We will definitely book this place in the future.

We loved our stay at Waikoloa Villas and Condo O22 was perfect. It was much bigger than it looked in the pictures. The lanai was so peaceful and we loved watching the golfers go by during the day and enjoyed the warm sun as it went down in the evening. The unit had everything we needed and more. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping across the street and the beach wasn't far either.

We couldn't have been happier with this rental! It was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay while vacationing in Hawaii. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, amenities were great (outdoor kitchen, lanai with kitchen/grill, and garage with accessories for the beach). The location was a 2 minute walk to great shopping and restaurants, with several beautiful beaches nearby. We definitely recommend this property and hope to come back soon!

An absolute dream to stay at this unit in Waikoloa. Perfectly located directly across the street to the Kuleana Rum Shack - home of amazing locally-made rum drinks. Happy hour specials every day! Yum.. The condo was as described. Much more spacious than we need for only two people. Having the BBQ on the lanai was extremely convenient and much appreciated. Lastly, I can't help but send my thank to the booking company Kona Vacations, for continually offering their help before our arrival. They offered great recommended tours, paces to eat and sights to see. As well, when we arrived, they called to check in with us, to make sure we were satisfied with the condo. This was next-level customer service! Can't wait to return and stay here again.
