This property is in a fabulous quiet community. The view is incredible. The house is a great layout for large families. A/C, pool, spa and laundry all worked great. The place was clean and we had no issues with pests. We did not have any issues while there, but when we reached out for questions, the management team was very responsive and quick to respond. The house has every amenity that we could ever imagine! The rooms were clean, spacious, and decorated perfectly in the Hawaiian theme. The views of the sunrise and sunset were amazing! Having a pool on property is a plus, especially when it's warm, a great way to cool off.
We booked this place for our family reunion. My mom was staying with us and I wanted her to be as comfortable as possible. She loved the room and slept well during our stay. Our family were in different rentals, and unfortunately I could not have one of the gatherings at our place due to the visitor restrictions. I would have loved to share this place with my relatives to enjoy, but maybe at another location for our next gathering.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be booking through your site next time we have vacation on the Big Island.

The home and property (pool, spa, lanai, etc) were amazing! Sunsets on the lanai were spectacular. Very comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen, and extras. The separate building for 3 of the 4 bedrooms was a little more awkward than we expected, but the teens enjoyed their privacy. The location was very quiet but fairly convenient - 12 minutes to Kona restaurants & shops. Excellent beaches nearby. We loved our time in Hawaii & this home was relaxing and exceeded our expectations!

We booked Keauhou Estates Hale Ohana lea 11 for our family vacation and couldn’t be happier. My husband, myself, my daughter and son-in-law, and three grandkids aged 11, 12, and 16. The home is stunning and laid out in such a way that we all had our privacy when needed as well as beautiful areas to spend time together. The master sweet is incredible and located in the main house with a large living room (that we never used 🤣) and a massive wonderfully stocked kitchen. We had access to the pool and multi-deck seating areas from either or master or the living area that opened fully to the outdoor area. We used the grill several times and the pool was even better than the pictures. We spent every morning with coffee overlooking the pool and the coastline - watching the fishing boats. Every evening we were in the same spot watching sunsets - each more beautiful than the last. The 3 other bedrooms were perfect. The second master (off courtyard upstairs) has its own locked entry with an amazing balcony and view. The third and fourth bedrooms (also are off the courtyard downstairs and with their own locking doors, with a jack and Jill bath) was perfection for our grandkids. I could easily see 4 couples sharing this home, although they would have to “rock, paper, scissors” to see how the bedrooms would be assigned, lol. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the best we’ve ever had away from home, the pillows wonderful and plenty of nice linens and towels. We spent most days out playing in the area….Magic Sands beach (boogie boarding and water play) and Kahaluu for snorkeling were only 5 minutes away. Hapuna, Waimea and other big sandy beaches were a little more drive (40 minutes) but worth it a few times. We had a beautiful sail/snorkel day with Sea Paradise, which left Keauhou Bay on the Hoku Nui - just 5 minutes from the house! Small shopping center is also less than 5 minutes away for groceries. Costco, Walmart, lots of dining options are only 15 minutes away in Kona. While not directly in the beach, this home is in a beautiful quiet location, away from the crowds, with amazing views and easy access to everything. Hope to return again, highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Big island.

This property exceeded my expectations, which were high! The property was perfectly configured for our family of 8. Everyone had their own space which was very nice. I have never seen a better equipped kitchen in a rental home. And the views are even better than the pictures on your site. The pool and spa were a big hit with everyone but especially the grandsons. Overall could not have been a better rental for our needs. We will definitely consider Kona Coast Vacations for future rentals.

We loved our stay at this house. We had 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. The property has a unique design where the 3 families could each have privacy with their own room and bathroom. The view from the back porch was breathtaking for every sunrise and sunset. The only downside was that the pool wasn't heated (as are most pools in Hawai'i) so the pool was pretty chilly and we didn't swim at all. Other than that we had a great experience and will likely book again if we go back!

Everything went absolutely as planned! We were in the absolute perfect location for anything and everything we as a family would want to experience. From the amazing pool, cleanliness of the rooms, layout of the house, location, comfort and overall warmth and love of this property. We were all able to be happy and entertained, even from my 8yr old all the way up to my 60yr old mother and her husband. Nothing even compares! Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Visited Kona with family for the Ironman and needed a large home for our group. The location was perfect to escape the traffic congestion of that event but close enough to make getting there easy. The home was beautiful as well as the ocean view from the lanai which we enjoyed nightly. We had 8 adults and all said their rooms were perfect and beds comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen and outdoor barbecue had everything you need to prepare large meals. Loved the home and would definitely request this place again with a large group.

Great family vacation in Kona, HI! Rented two houses for 16 people. 1. One family was in Ohana lea 11: The house is beautiful. The master bedroom is in the main house, and the rest of the rooms are in the guest house. The house was clean, and supplied, some basic needs like toilet paper, dish soap, and so forth. The area were the pool is located is breath taking with the sunset and earlier mornings. Would recommend bring your own beach towels, as the ones there are small. If you have small children, you need to be careful, as pool area and hot tub area is slippery. I would recommend the owners put a mat not to fall. The security staff were nice and we felt safe. I had to call because a couple if things needed fixing. The maintenance staff came the next day. Very nice! There are rules like beach towels cannot be hang outside to be aware if. You need to clean grill before departure which makes sense.. but you are paying a lot of money, and I believe that should be included with the cost. The place was clean - but I think it could of been a littler clean.. put need to be a little cleaner... but then again... my family is extremely clean. The main house is air conditioner, the guest rooms have the air conditioner on the wall. Beautiful Place!

What an outstanding property where no details were left out! Can’t beat the view, whether early in the morning or watching beautiful sunsets in the evening. The kitchen was loaded with all the amenities of a high end kitchen ready to entertain. The grounds are extremely well maintained (on property and within the private gated community). Only downside was the washing machine was not working properly which we reported but it never was fixed during our stay. Still, an outstanding location that we would consider returning to!!

We rented this home with friends to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. It was perfect! Every couple had a bedroom and the big kids could all sleep in one room together. The pool was beautiful and we loved relaxing by it and in it everyday. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to. If we are ever back in Hawaii, we would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here for Ironman - just an outstanding location 15 mins from the pier (and south of Palani, which made the roads more accessible on race day). Every amenity that we wanted, lots of room for the five adults, with each of our children having their own space. Views in the morning and at night were exquisite. While running and riding from this spot, meant lots of hill climbs, the resort like quality of the premises was worth it. We used the pool every day. The master bedroom with ensuite was a very large refuge. The appliances were first rate, an excellent stove, fridge and BBQ with dual dishwashers and washer/dryer. We did have a problem with the fridge and while a repair person was dispatched, they weren't able to fix the problem in the time we were there (a part needed to be ordered). Nice touches included lablelling all of the light switches. Being a gated community, it is very quiet and while we thought that might be challenging to pass through every time we entered, it was a smooth process - even when ordering a cab (we needed one to transport to the airport and Kona Cab easily beat the price of Uber). Overall extremely satisfied with the experience, would stay here if we ever return to the big island.

This property was gorgeous. It has every amenity needed for a great stay. The house was extremely beautiful and clean. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging out and relaxing while watching the sunset. The location of the house was great for seeing all the sites. It was close to all the restaurants, local activities and beaches. We took some drives to the other side of the island to the waterfalls at Hilo and to Volcano national park and they were about 2 hours each way. Overall great trip and we would 100% stay here again!!!

An amazing primary suite in the main house, a very nice secondary suite *upstairs* in the ohana. Two children's bedrooms downstairs in the ohana. The kids' rooms share a “Jack & Jill” bathroom. Only one of the children's rooms would be suitable for an adult couple as the other has two twin beds. The kitchen is lovely & decently stocked with almost everything (hardware-wise) you would need. If you plan to do any serious cooking, bring your own knives. The grill/outdoor dining & living area are delightful! Home has AC!

The property is spectacular. The only issue we came across was the bed in the main house (beautiful master suite) was so tall, that one of our party who is handicapped had a really difficult time accessing the bed. Other than that one issue, the property is a truly a beautiful home. It is broken up like a compound, but that actually makes it quiet with everyone able to find a quiet place if needed. The kitchen didn't lack for a single pot/pan or utensil, and there were more than enough pieces for all to enjoy. We did have issues with the TV in the master bedroom and never were able to get it solved, but the TV in the main living room, which was not working when we originally got there was remedied by the provider by day two. Now to the meat and bones of the property.....the back lanai and pool. You couldn't ask for anything more. The pool was perfect for the little guys, and the lanai was truly amazing. You will experience some of the most beautiful sunsets the earth provides. The outdoor kitchen is perfect, and the doors leading to the lanai will open up to provide an unparalleled view of the ocean and pool.

We booked this property to celebrate the upcoming arrival of our little girl with family. Overall, the stay was fantastic and we enjoyed the privacy that the other bedrooms afforded as the 3 guest bedrooms are actually separate from the house. The Master Suite is the only bedroom located in the main house. The neighborhood was beautiful, the views of the ocean and sunsets were fantastic, and the house itself is stunning. It has 2 dishwashers, which is great when you're feeding a large group, and had plenty of dish/cookware options. There were just a few oddities with the location. If you are staying in one of the 3 guest rooms away from the house, you MUST make sure you have your key on you whenever you leave your room as they are locked individually from the outside. It's also possible to lock yourself out of your room if you forget your key (as we did once) because the bottom handle can automatically lock separate from the deadbolt when you shut the door. We were in the upstairs guest bedroom when this happened, and thankfully our lanai patio door was unlocked so my husband was able to crawl over the wall to let us in. Just something to be aware of. They are also VERY serious about the 9pm quiet time. My husband and I were sitting on the lanai talking with my brother and his wife, at 9:30pm, and we were chastised by the security guard from the road-and we're not a wild bunch, so that was surprising. Also, if you like Fox News, that isn't an option here for whatever reason. It was the only news station that did not have any sound for their channels. ¯/_(ツ)_/¯ Other than that, everything was great and the home was beautiful.

Two couples just wanted to have a quiet week in a lovely location. We couldn't have asked for more. The property is just as advertised. Very high quality furnishings with everything we could have needed. And the view was spectacular! Woke up every morning drinking my coffee on the lanai, looking out over the ocean. So peaceful. We enjoyed our stay, well equipped kitchen and plenty of beach towels. Enough supplies for the full week as far as paper towels, TP, laundry and dish detergent. Could use more coffee cups as they have probably dwindled over time, at least they are few compared to the ample number of other dishes. There were two umbrellas in the garage, multiple beach chairs and we left our snorkel gear for the next family to enjoy. The house instructions say not to turn main house AC down to under 72, but that applies to the guest house AC systems as well. Ours was frozen up when we arrived and had to turn off for 24 hours to let it thaw. I turned it down to 68 to try to get it to kick on, so that obviously didn't help. There were a couple of very minor maintenance issues like dusty ceiling fan blades, outdoor seat cushions may need to be replaced soon, and burned out light bulbs (end of driveway address bulb was only significant one), but overall the house is well maintained, beautiful, outdoor areas are great and I'd totally stay there again! Location is only about 15 minutes from the main drag where restaurants etc are, and two beaches are within 10 minutes.

This home is fantastic! We had a 3 generation family staying here for 9 days. It is in a gated neighborhood in an excellent location South of Kailua-Kona. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The sunset views are incredible! The pool was very nice. The driveway was challenging, make sure you have a backup camera! The property managers were incredibly responsive to any problems. The hot tub didn't work initially, but was promptly fixed. The kitchen in this house is equipped with everything! There were water toys and beach equipment for our use in the garage ( we didn't use), but this house is lacking nothing for the renter! The hot tub has no jets, not that this matters to us, but we did ask the pool guys when they were there. Mahalo to the owners for sharing their beautiful home and kudos to the excellent people at Koana Coast Vacations for their excellent service!

We had 8 people stay here and it was so comfortable for everyone. We ranged in ages all the way down to 1 and everyone was happy. Beautiful neighborhood and no complaints. Would totally recommend and would love to stay here again when we come back next year!

Your team ensured we had a centrally located property with short drives to the beaches, restaurants and shopping.
"Keauhou Estates-Hale Ohana lea 11" is an elegant and comfortable home. The main house with it's beautiful gourmet kitchen, large living room and dining room gave us ample space to gather and enjoy the family. Of course, the huge Lanai with it's spectacular views, the BBQ area and pool with heated plunge pool were the icing on the cake for this clan!!
This house offers 4 distinct sleeping areas as noted in the property description. The two bedrooms with the "Jack & Jill' bathroom made it prefect for the teenagers!
In the garage are a few beach chairs, 2-Boggie Boards, some snorkeling masks (a bit old) small ice chests and a few pool toys.

We will be back. Perfect for the three sisters, their husbands and parents. We all had lots of space and great places to be together in this home. We loved the location and its proximity to the beaches, Kona golf and shopping. It's a quieter location but that was perfect for us. Super easy to deal with Kona vacations as well.

Our family had the amazing opportunity to celebrate our 10 year anniversary here. The property was just as beautiful as the pictures. Plenty of room for our huge family to spread out. The separation between the main house and the ohana gave some great privacy to the extended family. The beach toys and chairs in the garage were a nice surprise. We are already planning our next visit and sincerely hope this property is available. Thank you for having us!

Wanted to get back to you to let you know how much we loved your home, “Hale Ohana Lea 11”, in Kona. Our stay could not have been better as everything seemed to be in place . The layout was perfect for our group of eight, as it provided total privacy as needed. The beds were very firm and comfortable and the decor throughout was tastefully presented. The spacious kitchen was perfect with everything a gourmet cook could ever use. The neighborhood was great for walking or running every day. The views to the ocean were the best and the pool was very private. We were all very happy with the entire setup and look forward to another trip sometime soon. Thank you

We cannot wait to go back to Keauhou Estates Hale Ohana Lea 11 !! We had the most incredible week staying at this home in paradise. Location is perfect! The gated community made it peaceful, and the short drive to enjoy all that Kona has to offer made it efficient to everyone in the family. More than “5 Star” accommodations for the 6 of us. The large sliding wall of windows let us soak up “the island spirit” every day. The pool and hot tub were a perfect way to finish a day of exploring the Big Island. If you miss out on this property for your special occasion.....you will have missed an incredible memory. We will be back!

Beautiful decor, very clean, and refreshing pool. Large and spacious with a great Hawaiian vibe. Ocean views in a gated neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor patio watching sunsets. Perfect location with close access to local attractions. Would definitely recommend renting this house and would stay here again. Was our home base for a wonderful vacation getaway!

The location was perfect for us. It seemed like we were close to everything we wanted/needed. Restaurants, grocery stores and beautiful beaches were all within a 10 minute drive. As far as the house is concerned, this spacious, immaculate and cozy getaway was truly the BEST vacation home we have had the pleasure of visiting. The ambiance was peaceful and just what the doctor ordered. We especially loved the detached Ohana which offered our children (and us!) privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped and ready for my wife’s culinary desires. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the water sports equipment in the huge garage. But my favorite aspect is the backyard...I loved the outdoor kitchen, putting green, pool and hot tub. Lastly, the view is unequaled! 10 out of 10!!

This is a beautiful home. It was very comfortable and safe since it is in a gated community. My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The kitchen is well appointed with 2 dishwashers and a gas range. There is a coffee grinder there and the knives were a joy to use! There were beach chairs but no boogie boards.
