Great complex and nice pool. Quiet location. Great parking and location to services and beach. Toilets don't flush and very low seat heights. Bathroom sink doesn't drain.

The directions and instructions for the late arrival were flawless and had us arrive without issue in the unfamilair darkness of night. The location could not have been better. Close enough to walk all over town, yet far enough away to be a quiet restful retreat when your day was done.

Wonderful place to stay! Within walking distance of downtown Kona for dining, souvenirs and the waterfront. Close to many grocery stores and Kona coffee! The condo/apartment was supplied with everything we needed for the week including towels, beach chairs, paper towels, laundry and dish soap—even a washer and dryer in the unit. So much more reasonable and comfy than staying at a resort.

Everything was perfect for our needs. Great location to walk into town or a cheap UBER ride. No ocean view but a very privte, large lanai with ceiling fans, dining table and sun chairs. Ocean is a five minute walk.

The property is exactly as the pictures show. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet, parking is close. Check out is 11am. We had a later flight so we called and they gave us a complimentary 3 hours which was so appreciated! We stay there again.

The VRBO was quiet, cool and perfect sized for our group of two. We could easily walk ~5 min to the center of Kona and had a great view of the fireworks from the pool deck for the 4th of July! The AC in the bedroom is quiet which was also nice for getting quality sleep after full days of activity. We read a tip from an earlier review about storing food in the fridge to avoid bugs and would recommend it as well.

Kona Pacific was convenient to our meeting location, so commuting back and forth saved time. Also the reserved covered parking close to the elevator was a big plus. The unit was clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, kitchen well stocked with what was needed.

Wonderful property, great pool, friendly staff and owners, excellent location within 10 minutes walk to good restaurants and bars, stores plus a small beach. Full grocery store is a 25 minute walk. We did this without a car. You can Uber to better beaches, marina, airport etc. in 30-45 minutes. We loved this place and would go again. Kona vibe is so laid back and friendly we want to come back soon.

Stayed at Kona Pacific C319 over the Xmas/New years holiday and the condo was clean and stocked with starter paper products and soaps. We love this building and have stayed here many times. We've booked through Kona Coast Vacations a few times now and find them to be a good company to rent from. This unit might not be as recently updated as some in the building, but it was clean and comfortable for our stay and was more affordable than others which is more important to us. This is our second time staying in this unit. We would stay again and would book through Kona Coast Vacations again as well. Love having code for entry instead of keys, makes it easier to check in and nice not worrying about finding keys during the stay. Two things on the unit that would be nice: additional lock on front door for when we are in the unit for additional security, and new toilets as the current ones are slow to flush, they work but you have to hold it down longer than most to get it to completely flush.

The cleanliness and location was great. Nice little walk to town. Breakfast every morning on quiet back lanai. We kept the cereal and bread in the fridge so it didn't attract bugs. Only saw 1 ant and 2 roaches in 9 days. They're to be expected in this climate so we weren't freaked out. It was a very comfortable condo. Love having 2 bathrooms! We highly recommend this place!

This condo is well kept, in a very good location in Kona and met all of our needs. It was clean, had good parking and a nice pool and bbq area. The condo is across the street from the iconic Royal Kona Hotel. Nice to be able to walk to the luau! I recommend this rental to any couple. They also have a pull out bed couch but we didn't need it. 2 bath one bedroom.

The condo was okay. A bit musty smelling upon arrival. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were fine. I do think that the advertising for condos, in general, should let readers know of all the add ons that will be made to their visit. I had one call to the property mgr. and it was taken care of (just wanted more hangers). I did like having a washer/dryer and iron on premises.

Hawaii vacation, 1st month 2016

This was a comfortable, nice ground floor unit. It didn't matter that we couldn't see the ocean as I am an animal lover and from our lanai, you could see quail, doves and turkeys. They were out almost every day. And no traffic noise! Being on the north side of the unit also has another advantage - no sun shinning in at the hottest part of the day, the unit stayed cooler than others we have stayed in on the south side. We really liked the stay at this unit and would recommend it. If I had to list one complaint, it would be that the bed kept sliding apart - bottom mattress, middle mattress, top cover mattress and whatever else was on there. It maybe could be upgraded. All appliances and utensils and furniture were ok with us an the Hawaiian atmosphere was good. We are currently in another unit that faces Kuakini highway -- Oh my god, soo noisy and needs a serious update. Basically, we liked the unit and would stay again any time. Thank you

I had the opportunity to spend 7 nights in Kona on a work assignment, and this is the first time I explored a condo rental in lieu of a hotel stay. In short, Unit C319 met all my expectations. All equipment and amenities were present and in working order, and there was also a working DVD player w/Netflix capability that was not listed, so that was a nice extra. I'm not accustomed to warm/humid tropical weather, so I think this north-facing unit was the right choice for me in terms of afternoon comfort. Some other vacationers I met who had stayed in this unit previously said they wish they were here in this unit again. I never had any issue with the condo being too hot in the afternoons or noise issues due to street facings, as they said was an issue in some of the other units. I found this unit to be very roomy for just myself, and I think it would still be comfortable for two persons couple. I would definitely stay in this condo again if I had the opportunity to visit Kona again for an extended stay. Thanks to KCV for helping me set this up on short notice! I really enjoyed the stay.

Everything was great. Good instructions on how to find the unit, unit was exactly as described. Finding parking spot took a while, maybe misunderstood directions, arrived at around midnight. Close proximity to downtown was a plus. Would stay there again.
