Great host. Great place to stay. View of the ocean from balcony. Short walk to Honl beach to watch the sunset every night. Great pool area. Strict condo rules but that's a plus for me just know they will enforce them. Great parking space and easy access to everything. I would stay again.

The room has been updated and is very nice. Pool is a little small but didn't seem to have many people using it. Short walk (3 blocks) to Kona strip but at night the road is very dark and no sidewalks. Make to take a small flashlight.

We enjoyed this property very much. The apartment is spotless and very nicely decorated. The kitchen had more useful tools than my own kitchen. Two bathrooms was a treat. The large deck was lovely. All appliances worked well. We were completely satisfied with our week there.

a well maintained condo

Kona Pacific one bedroom suite was very clean, well stocked with kitchenware, roomy and nicely decorated. The King bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great as after a day at beach, it was wonderful to cool down. There’s also 2 bathrooms in the suite. We used the pool and barbecue area a couple times and they were well maintained. The condo is in within walking distance to downtown Kailua where there’s a good selection of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed breakfast on the roomy lanai every morning which a had a partial view of the ocean. Overall a well maintained condo which we would stay at again. Thank you.

Awesome Place!!

Kona Pacific 520 in Kailua Kona was an awesome place to stay as it was very clean, nicely decorated, very roomy and had a well equipped kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked great. We used the pool and barbecue a couple times and both clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed having breakfast on the large lanai with a partial view of the ocean. The condo was within walking distance of downtown Kailua-Kona where we enjoyed nice restaurants and shopping. The condo was very quiet and we would recommend and stay here again.

Exceed our expectations

Kona Coast Vacations provided us a wonderful condo during our stay in Kona. Their hospitality and facility was extremely enough to exceed our expectations. Condo(we stayed at Kona Pacific) was clean and awesome ocean view from lanai, we enjoyed Kona's good restaurant by walk in less than 10mins. We'd like to enjoy our stay again Kona Coast Vacations if we go to Big island. Mahalo!!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It is very spacious and having two bathrooms was wonderful! There is a large balcony the stretches outside the living room and the bedroom.. The place is very nicely decorated, well stocked with items and it felt very comfortable being there..

Extremely Clean and Well Appointed

We found the property extremely clean and well appointed with all the beach and cooking equipment one would ever need. We loved the two bathrooms and the wonderful big patio deck for early morning and evening suppers. While the property was wonderful we found the property manger difficult to work with after a bedroom ceiling light that was on a remote would randomly come on at all times of the night. This was very traumatizing to my fiancé based on a previous life experience Finally after many calls and two visits this light was disconnected based on an understanding the light and fan were being controlled by a neighboring remote. With all this said we will be returning. Mahalo.

Place was a Gem!

Beautiful accommodations. 2 full baths and full kitchen. The unit looks almost brand new. Lots of space and the balcony was huge (10'x30' I'd say) with nice furniture and access from the living room and bedroom. You can see the ocean when lying in the master bed! Buildings across the parking lot but no real windows in them so it was actually quite private. We were just 2 adults but there was a pull-out couch but I didn't look at the quality however with two full baths it'd be great for two couples. I had rented a Ford Edge which fit in the parking spot no problem. This place was a gem! Not a bug seen.

Overall a good stay, we have stayed in another unit in this complex before. Good location, nice pool. Only complaints are minor, poor kitchen layout, fridge door doesn't even open 90 degrees and the bedroom AC is noisy and discharges its' condensate on the lanai.

Unit is Excellent

This unit is excellent. I love that it has AC as some units I have rented in the past in Hawaii do not. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time. The owner even had a congratulations gift for us that had several thoughtful things in it that was much appreciated. It was very convenient having 2 bathrooms so both my wife and I could get ready at the same time. The only point of confusion for me was how to unload our stuff. It took me a minute to find the assigned parking space and it was not very convenient to bring things in and out if you have a lot of stuff. If you simply have 1 suitcase though, this will not be an issue for you at all. All in all, we loved the property and fell in love with the Big Island and hope to be back!

This property is the best I've ever used. Location is walking distance to Kona town. The decor is so well done, you really feel like you are staying in someone's HOME. Everything you need is here, from the kitchen necessities, the luxury of two bathrooms, the recreation equipment. Coolers, fins, boogie boards, water shoes, it had it all! Even covered parking. Highly recommended!!

Spacious and Well Equipped

This condo is exactly as advertised. Spacious, well equipped, great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the heart of Kona (and that's coming from an eighty year old). The ocean view from the lanai is even better than the photos show. We had initial problems with the tv and internet but these were promptly addressed by the management company. We did notice a “bug” problem but we were in a tropical climate. They did set traps. Fabulous property. Two bathrooms were a bonus. Would highly recommend.

The pros: •Great location with proximity to town. •ample cooking vessels, utensils and kitchen ware, towels and beach gear. •comfy bed. The cons: •no bathroom ventalation, no kitchen fans...smoke detector went off during cooking a few times. •poor instructions for parking, which is not close to elevators. •Not enough handicap parking. •kitchen layout does not allow more than 1 person in there at a time. •No towel rack in main bath. In addition, an airfryer could be a way to avoid activating the smoke detector. All in all, we had a fantastic time!

Very Nice!

The apt is well located in Kona, it is clean and nicely furnished (only one table tough). My boyfriend and I worked remotely from here for 3 weeks. The internet connection is fast and we had no problems doing multiple video calls contemporaneously. Occasionally, the WiFi would disconnect and we had to restart the router to regain access to internet. It is usually solved in about 10 minutes time, it happened a couple of times a week. Overall very nice and we would stay there again!
