The kitchen is complete with a glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, and a toaster. In the living room, relax and enjoy Cable TV from the wall mounted flat screen TV or watch a movie on the DVD player. You also have the option of the AM/FM radio sound system or connect your iPod to enjoy your own music. Cable TV and flat screen TVs are also provided in both bedrooms. We stayed for 5 nights and explored the area. There were many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We also loved the beach just a couple of blocks away. The condo had EVERYTHING we needed with a well supplied kitchen, beach chairs and toys as well as a beautiful lanai to relax on. We were amazed by how quiet the condo was. We appreciated the available parking. Great spot to say in Kona.

Very nice resort in a great location. Super handy to Ali'i Drive and the shops and restaurants. Facility was clean and quiet, maybe not the best for families with younger kids, as it is very calm, but awesome for couples and those looking for relaxation and the convenience of walking to the evening activities.

Kona Vacation Rentals is great. Their pricing is reasonable, the property I stayed in was in a great location (very walkable and close to restaurants/attractions etc. for tourists and lcoals), very well maintained and had a great layout. More than enough space for my group (4 adults total). The property and unit amenities were great as well (two parking spaces included with the stay. the unit had a full kitchen, bathrooms in each bedroom, plus a guest bathroom in the unit, and was updated and nicely decorated). And customer service was so helpful through my stay. They were very responsive to any questions/requests I had, were pleasant and professional. Absolutely no critiques - I would definitely book Kona Vacation Rentals again.

The unit itself was very nice and furnished with everything that we needed. The beach chairs / toys were really appreciated as well. Getting access was easy and the location was great as well. The only downside was the parking. The spaces are so tight that you have to fold in mirrors and in some cases you can't open doors. We made it work though.

This place is big enough for two couples. We had some meals in and eating on the balcony was wonderful. The place is super clean, and 3 bathrooms was a luxury. We kept the air conditioning off and kept the screens open to the balcony with ceiling fans on. Love that Hawaii ocean breeze. Easy walk into Kona.

We generally enjoyed our time at this place. The unit was well-maintained, though, there were a few cleanliness issues here and there, but nothing unmanageable. We found the parking space to be very tight. In fact, we weren't able to pull into the spot, and it could only be backed into with about an inch of clearance on the drivers-side mirror. Unfortunately, the building's water was shut off on the last morning of our stay, so this made it hard to shower and otherwise prepare for the long journey home from the islands. Aloha!

For your future stays, please be sure to alert us right away if there are any issues we can resolve. We have staff available 7 days a week to ensure our guests are taken care of.
Unfortunately, parking is one of those things that is absolutely out of our hands. We do our best to be candid in the unit descriptions to give guests a heads up regarding parking. In this case, your unit indicated that only a compact or midsize car would fit, and any larger vehicles would have to find street parking.
Also unfortunate, was the complex water shut off for 2 hours on your last day. We absolutely understand the frustration in not being able to shower before traveling. The complex does try to provide some heads up before a shut off, so residents and guests have a chance to do water things before shut off. However, emergencies do happen. Such is life in a communal living situation. I do see that our Guest Services team did provide a small refund for your inconvenience.
For future stays, please feel free to reach out to our team for help finding a more suitable unit that will meet you and your family's needs.

Great accommodations at Kona Pacific. Our group of 4 enjoyed the spacious 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit. Very clean and well-equipped. Lots of beach accessories, including chairs, umbrellas; even sunscreen. Located within a 5 minute walk to the edge of town to restaurants and bars, but in a lovely quiet location. Lovely pool area. Would definitely stay again.

The Condo was clean and well stocked with extra blankets and towels. Beach towels were also provided along with a well stalked cupboard with beach chairs and other beach items. Climate control was great- mini split air condition was quiet and efficient. Kitchen was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed to cook when the weather was challenging outside. The Lanai was roomy and comfortable with ample comfy seating. Parking was adequate for our two rentals-an intermediate SUV and a mustang convertible. We didn’t have any problems maneuvering in and out of the space, just take it slow. It was nice to have a parking garage to protect from the elements. Location is great for walking to and from town. Very close to town area. There is also a close pickup and drop off point for the Kona Trolley. Our only concern was inside noise as there are no area rugs on the vinyl flooring throughout the living and bedroom areas, if you have toddlers with naps you may need to bring significant white noise. We had a great family vacation!

We just stayed in this unit for the past week and had a great time!! This unit has space which is fantastic, since we have 3 sons. The lanai is also huge! The unit was SUPER clean when we arrived and we were so happy to see the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary things to make your meals! We were VERY thrilled to see the closet had a full beach set up with chairs, umbrellas, and coolers! Made all our beach days turn key. ONLY disappointment is the extremely narrow parking spot. We are a family of 5, so we need a decent size vehicle and it barely squeezed into the spaces. I mean barely. Every time we moved the car in and out was a bit stressful, and they really don't have street parking. Most of the area around the unit says No Parking. Aside from the parking, the place was great! Prime location to great restaurants/ bars/ beaches. Lots going on, just down the street! No hot tub which would have been nice since the pool was very "refreshing". Overall, great place to stay!

Top notch property. Everything was exactly as described. Unit was modern and roomy with great Air Conditioning and new appliances. Huge Lanai. Easy walk to all the restaurants/shops on Ali'i drive and short driving distance to beaches to the north and snorkel sites to the south. The only hangup is the assigned parking spot in the garage that comes with the unit is the narrowest spot in the garage, between two columns. If you rent anything larger than amid-size sedan then you'll have to park on the street outside of the condo. We rented a large 4x4 to go to the top of Mauna Kea and some off-road spots. So, we had to park on the street. Wasn't really a huge problem as there's ample safe parking on the street just outside of the condo, but, something to consider if renting a large truck or jeep. The activities concierge whom is also linked up with the rental agent (Dave the Kona Concierge) is also great. He set us up with some great activities).

This condo is great in so many ways: beautiful decorated rooms, proximity to restaurants and coast, quiet location, cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, grounds. We regret not able to use the free parking spaces due to its awkward location underground garage and tight opening wedged between a wall and a column. Given this condo has two bedrooms, there would always be a group of 4 to 6 guests driving a large car or minivan. It is suggested that alternative parking locations with easy access and large opening be offered for better stay experiences.

This is a nice unit, very clean, and close enough to Ali'i that you can walk to restaurants, beaches, and other amenities. Very minor: if you do rent a car or have your own on the island, be sure it is on the smaller side and that you are comfortable working in a small parking structure. Not an issue for us but may be for others.

Our stay, at Kona Pacific condominiums, was perfect! The location was great. A very short walk to lots of eating establishments. It is centrally located between lots of beaches and place to explore. The condo itself was lovely. Lots of room for a family of 4. Very quiet. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Kona. Our party of six (my family of 4 - kids 3yo&5yo and my In-laws) found the condo to be very comfortable and conveniently located. We appreciated the air conditioning and 3! bathrooms! We had several other stops in Hawaii so we brought most of our beach gear with us, but the owners provided everything you could need for beach days with young kids (boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, a cooler, etc.). As I read in previous reviews, parking was incredibly tight in the allocated spaces, but we were able to squeeze a mini van in (with someone getting out to boost our confidence with backing in to the spot). If we ever come back to Kona and need the extra space, we'd definitely consider staying here again!

The condo was big enough for 3 adults to move around, the kitchen was used and it had what need. A bit of a walk to the heart of Kona, so you are not where the action is but if you like quiet, it's just the place. If l was to put a negative it would be the car spot location, very tight to get in and out, but we were given plenty of notice and recommend a compact hire car for the spot. 4/2023 - truly a wonderful experience staying at this condo. Exceptionally clean, an easy check-in process, surprisingly well-stocked kitchen & beach supplies in the closet. We enjoyed spending time together on the beautiful Lanai that even had a bit of an ocean view. The condo is very close to the Kona shops/downtown center (5-10 minute walk). We had a blast here!

We enjoyed the condo in a quiet complex. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen. The 3 full bathrooms in the two bedroom suite were really appreciated. We liked the fact that we could walk to Alli'i Street for restaurants and shopping and if we decided not to go to the beach there was a great pool to lounge by.

This was a spacious, well laid out condo for two couples. The extra bathroom and large kitchen and lanai made our time together so easy. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was in a great location for walks to dinner and downtown. We loved walking across the street to the Royal Kona resort for dinner, drinks and gorgeous sunsets. The parking spot is difficult but we managed. All in all, we would return.

have zero complaints about the property. It's close to the farmers market, restaurants and ABC stores. Very nice lanai where I spent most of my morning there, watching the birds and colorful lizards while enjoying my breakfast. Plenty of beach chairs, snorkeling gears, umbrellas and the washers and dryers. 2 bathrooms and 3 bathrooms 👍. The property is clean, quiet and safe. I highly recommended this location

We were very comfortable in this rental. It was clean and stocked with everything we might need, including beach gear. The property was nicely updated, the grounds had beautiful landscaping and it was walking distance to shops/restaurants/beaches. Management checked in with us several times prior to arrival and called to check on us a few times during our stay to make sure we had every we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this condo and location. With the 2 bedrooms and 3 FULL baths, it made getting ready for the evening go much faster!! The location is just off of Ali'l Drive and only a short walk to the Royal Kona Resort for the luau which was fantastic!! And from the Royal Kona it's only a couple of minutes walk to the rest of the restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this condo and location!!

We were a work crew and not a family vacation - an essential business on HI called us in to work. The condo was perfect for our stay. Everyone had space of their own, the big kitchen and in-unit laundry was most appreciated. Travel and hotel stays during this crazy Covid-19 time are not easy. Kona Coast kept in communication with us to let us know the best food delivery options and the updates to state and county pandemic regulations. Mahalo! We were very comfortable in D524 Kauhale; i will be back with my wife & family when we can all travel again.

Walking distance to the downtown and a couple of small beaches. We’ve stayed at Kona Pacific 4 different times. Unit 524D is roomy and has been updated except for the carpet which needs to be replaced. The unit has all the amenities for kitchen and beach going . the complex is beginning to show its age. The swimming pool needs repair and the chemicals need to be monitored more closely. Also, there were plumbing issues each week which required water to be shut off for a short period of time.

This is a great location close to nice shoreline accesses, nice ocean front restaurants, and lovely walks along the village palm-lined oceanfront The condo is modern and very comfortable We enjoyed using the pool and sitting on the lanai sipping at sunset

This apartment was perfect for our family. There is plenty of room, a fully stocked kitchen, activity closet and all the amenities you can think of. Definitely a well run rental with LOTS of rules but we appreciated all the information. We rented a mini van and had little difficulty parking in the spot. The angle does take some getting used to but it is not impossible to comfortable fit 2 minivans in the 2 parking spots provided. We are looking forward to our next visit to Kona and hope we are lucky enough to stay in this same unit.

I can't rave about this place enough. It was so perfect in every way. The owners and managers take good care of the property and they make it feel like home. It was spacious and clean. They have A/C and it did wonders. I'm from Cali and the humidity was rough the first day in Kona. They provide everything you'll need and more for your stay. Perfect location. We walked everywhere including our luau! You must try Broke da mouth right down the street. The food is authentic and amazing. Shops and other food places were also in walking distance. We will defiantly be back! Thank you Kona Coast for the most amazing experience

Super spacious with complete amenities including slow cooker, spices, iced tea maker, coffee beans grinder, snorkel gear, beach towels, beach umbrella. This is probably the airbnb with the most complete amenities I've stayed in! Place was super clean. Nice bathrooms. Decors a bit outdated and parking a bit tight, but these are negligible. David, the property manager, was responsive and helpful. They anticipate what their guests needs. Appreciate the binder with the local tips. Highly recommended. Mahalo!

The only hesitation I have is that it is in what seems like a retirement community with unfriendly neighbors, so if you stay here either be silent on the Lanai after 8 pm or risk having older people swear at you NYC style and file unnecessary noise complaints.

It has everything you could need from beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, containers to take food to the beach or pool, and all the appliances are top of the line. It was very clean and there were extra linens, pillows and towels. The lanai is beautiful. The concierge, David, was amazing. He booked our excursions and gave us beach and restaurant recommendations that were great! The parking is a bit tight but we got a full size SUV in the spot. Would definitely get this condo again.

We had such a great time. We stayed July 8th-15th. It was amazing, just as described. Very clean, close to everything. The parking spot is quite small but we had a SUV medium sized and we were okay to park the car. We recommend the condo to friends and family. Even our kids (11 and 8) loved the place and even asked to move there! We will certainly go back again to Kona and stay at this place again!

Great thanks please for a home base. Pool is nice and location is close to Kona-Kailua. You will need to drive to sand beaches and the parking is really tight for this unit. Street parking was readily available though. We had an issue with the refrigerator but the team was very prompt in helping us to solve it. Overall, a great stay!

Kona Pacific D524 is amazing. It was homey and perfect for our family. It felt so comfortable - the beds were comfy, place was immaculate, the massive lani was a perfect place for our lunches or dinners. It was a quick walk into town which made exploring easy. Kona Coast Vacations was amazing to work with. We will be using them exclusively to stay in kona going forward. Great experience overall!

The property was as described. I have a high standard for cleanliness and this unit met that standard. There were some beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc. for use which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this unit. It had a lovely large lanai. The only small detractor was the very narrow parking spaces (end to end). Doable but passengers had to unload before parking. It was covered garage parking which was a plus.

Great condo and location. Walking distance to downtown shops, farmers market, and bay. Apartment has a wonderful layout with a nice lanai. The great thing about this building are the walls, made out of concrete, no noise from neighbors and you really don't feel like you are in a condo. This luxurious unit was recently renovated. All furnitures were very clean and comfy for our family of 5. This was the best of the 3 units we rented during our Hawaiian vacations! Many shops and restaurants located within few minutes of walk. Costco, Walmart and Safeway are within a few miles of driving. Need to take car to go to the beach. We have tried 4 of the recommended beaches in the condo book and were pleased with our choices. Both quiet and snorkelling beaches are within 45 minutes of driving distance both south and north of Kona Pacific.

This condo has been beautifully updated. It is quite spacious, has a great lanai with a partial ocean view. The location is great, near to many restaurants and shops. The communal pool area is great. The condo is stocked with everything you could need from cooking utensils to snorkel gear. Don't rent a van or SUV as the parking stalls are very small.

We were very pleased with our stay in this condo. The area is very calm but it's is only one mile to the pier and city center (we were there for the Ironman). A lot of restaurants very close to the building.
It's very big, and the beds are very comfortable. We were 4 people, but 6 people can be hosted there comfortably. Also having air conditioning is a plus.
The kitchen has all the cooking utensils that you could need.
Clean, modern and confortable.

The condo is nicely decorated with modern fixtures and very comfortable. The complex is quiet, yet within a few steps of Ali'i drive. We walked to restaurants and shopping. The lanai is huge. We would definitely stay here again.
