This amenity is not available to all Guests. Renters of this home have access to tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a 25-meter lap pool (each open to appointments). The facility also offers modern indoor/outdoor fitness equipment, chaise loungers, and an outdoor heated sauna. Weekly memberships are discounted to $270/couple! (price subject to change)
F106 is located on the ground level and offers stunning ocean views of both the 13th green and the 15th hole over the ocean, one of most photographed holes in the world. Look for breaching Humpback whales close off shore, only 150 yards across the 13th fairway, from December through February and a little after.
Beautifully decorated with custom furnishings, this recently updated property is fully equipped with over 1500 SF of living and entertaining space, great for everyone’s comfort and enjoyment.
The kitchen has large, top of the line appliances, modern cabinetry, granite countertops, and is equipped to handle all meals if you choose. The living room and both bedroom suites have TVs and ceiling fans to better circulate the central air conditioning. There’s also a washer/dryer for your added convenience.
There is one dedicated carport parking space, plus several guest parking spaces only a few feet away. In addition to free WiFi there is an equipped office remote workspace. Outside, the large lanai has a circular glass table, 4 dining chairs plus 2 cushioned deck chairs & a sofa.
Guests have access to the on-site Mauna Lani Point lounging pool, Jacuzzi, chaise loungers, outdoor showers. There you will also find an entertaining area that offers gas grills (cleaned daily), an outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, bar, and plenty of outdoor dining tables and seating areas to relax and entertain. All Mauna Lani Point guests are provided with an Access Card to the Mauna Lani Beach Club with its’ pristine white sand beach cove.
