A very quiet and peaceful place! Everything was upgraded nicely. Also, a great view of the harbor! Most of the time it was comfortable, but at night, it got a little warm for sleeping. Two little things: the floors were dirty enough to darken our feet and when we ran out of toilet paper, we had to buy our own. Otherwise, we liked having beach chairs and beach towels and a pool available to us. One last thing, we were unable to use the Lanai because the surf was hitting our patio door which made the deck and the chairs wet and salty all the time.

A Fantastic Place

We had a wonderful stay in Kona at SeaVillage 4106. The kitchen and bathroom have been nicely renovated. There is no air conditioning but there is a wonder breeze off the ocean and the view is amazing! We appreciated having a cooler for our beach trips and a well stocked Kitchen. A fantastic place! Mahalo for such a great vacation!

Perfect location for the Ironman. Great little condo with everything you need to be self sufficient. Great sea view with frequent dolphins. Newsletters with things to do were great. No aircon but the fans are decent and kept you cool enough.

Our stay at Sea Village 4106 was amazing. Very well kept. Plenty of towels, bedding and kitchen supplies. The view was perfect. The grounds are very well kept. Pool area was clean and maintained. I don't really have any complaints. 4:01 check in time was as expected. Would like the option to check in early if that could ever be an accommodation but not a deal breaker.

We stayed for 3 weeks at The Sea Village #4106 . The condo was very clean which we greatly appreciate. We really enjoyed our time there. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the waves. The view of Kona town from our lanai was lovely. . The condo was a bit too far for us to walk into Kona town and then walk all over the town. The bed was comfortable and we loved the walk in shower. The pots and pans are some of the best we’ve ever seen in a condo. Thank you for leaving the laundry detergent sheets for our use (kudos to you for using the Eco friendly sheets, I use them at home).

The complex is an older building but is fairly well maintained. 4106 is recently renovated and is very comfortable. The view is stunning. Right on the ocean. Waves crash on the sea wall. It was conveniently located close to shops and had easy access to everywhere we need to go. Really enjoyed our stay.

Check in process was efficient and easy, although with all of the new covid rules it would have been nice to have been given the actual address to the property instead of the office when applying for exemption. The place was clean minus some small details like air vents and base boards but overall the space was exactly how it was advertised. The location was awesome! There is a rental bike station right in front of the property with drop offs right next to all the major spots in town, and the lanai was amazing, we woke up to whales and dolphins almost daily. One thing to note if you smoke their is no smoking on property and it's a small walk to the nearest smoking area which was not convenient for our group but overall it was an awesome experience and great location for the price.

We stayed at this 1 bedroom Oceanside condo for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Years. We saw a whale right off the lanai and watched a pod of dolphins go by another day. The washer dryer worked well and we put the kitchen to good use. There were beach supplies and a lot of items that made it convenient to explore the island. I'd highly recommend this condo for a couple or small family. One improvement would be the beds- the king in the bedroom and the fold out couch were bearable - especially as the pounding waves pulled you to sleep.

We just stayed at Sea Village #4106. We loved it and will definitely come back. I did not want to post this review online because we did not want to leave the wrong impression to readers. We truly loved the place and it had all of the amenities for a perfect stay. Our one issue was that we honored your request to take our shoes off at the door. As a result, each night we had to wash our feet before bed because they were black on the bottom. The floors looked very clean to the eye, but obviously not mopped. Again, thank you for the perfect stay!

I have been to Kona 8 times, and this was the first time using Kona Coast Vacations. I found them to be very helpful, answered any questions I had very timely, gave very clear instructions, and seemed to care that we would have everything we needed to have a successful holiday. The unit at Sea Village was fabulous, especially the ocean front view!! The unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Loved this special place. Gorgeous view and everything we needed. My daughter and I had a special time together and I will definitely return with my husband. Easy check in and easy parking added to the ease of our stay. Green flash coffee at the entrance made our mornings easy as we ventured out. Location is close to the main town for convenience but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

We were so surprised to have all the amenities included at 4106. Great view, great location and very comfortable bed. We slept great . We have a vacation rental ourselves in Lincoln city, Oregon and provide all of that and more so it's nice to be on the receiving end. Please thank the owners for us.

Great condo at the ocean

The condo is at a great location right at the ocean with view to town and in walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. It is nice and clean with all what you need in a kitchen. The lanai is nice but small and without privacy as it can be overlooked by neighbors. Very nice informative folder in the condo.

Wonderful place, as advertised!

The condo is as advertised. I went solo, quiet location, safe area, close to Kona (a little far for me to walk but ample parking at Kona), nice pool etc...., the kitchen had everything, great ocean front view, no sand beach but sand beaches close by, nice natural volcanic rocks with lots of ocean wave action. Wonderful place, I "will" stay there again.....

Sea Village 4106 was a beautiful and easy to access unit, central to most everything on the Kona side of the Big Island. The unit, although a bit outdated, was fairly clean, the common area was great for cooking out, we awoke to dolphins playing off of the lanai each morning! David, the concierge, was wonderful and very accommodating. The only thing we would suggest with this unit is that they update the beach chairs and umbrella, which were all broken. Such a small thing, but everything else was wonderful!!

We definitely enjoyed staying here at Sea Village in this unit. It was very comfortable both inside the condo and on the lanai. Plenty of dishes in the cabinets, so we were able to prepare meals easily. We loved the view and the ocean sounds from the lanai and from the living room.

Christmas In Hawaii

We loved our time in Hawaii, spending many mornings and nights on the Lanai enjoying the view. Sunsets were phenomenal from the Lanai. We spent quite a number of days driving to the other parts of the island and it wasn't a terribly long drive to get back to the condo. When we go again we will stay on the Hilo side, it was gorgeous and much less touristy. The condo had everything we needed, we bought groceries and cooked most breakfasts and dinners and ate out on the Lanai. I would recommend KTA Superstores for your groceries, they were not terribly expensive and carried local items. We also frequented the farmers markets. Costco was a poor decision as we were only there for ten days and not all of the bulk items were used. There is a fantastic little coffee shop called Green Flash right at the entrance to the condo's. We loved being able to utilize a washer and dryer while we were there. We drove the entire Island while we were there, experiencing Volcanoes Park, the visitor center at Mauna Kea, the Zoo in Hilo, Waimea, Hawi. This island was like traveling the entire US in a week. It was amazing how many different ecosystems there were. Mahalo for having us.

We loved our condo! The ocean view was perfect. We could see the dolphins playing in the morning. The ocean breeze was refreshing and our unit was very quiet at night. The bed was quite comfortable as well. This unit was perfect for just the two of us. And it was great how many beach chairs the unit had plus the large cooler and umbrella. We had a great time visiting several beaches and having the chairs and shade was really appreciated. One little thing worth noting - the kitchen didn't have any oils or spices when we stayed. We didn't have anything to cook with beyond just salt and pepper. To be clear, the kitchen was fully outfitted to cook with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The lack of spices definitely isn't a deal breaker - we worked around it. They just would have been nice to have. Other than that, we had a great stay!

The location was awesome, near to beaches and shopping. The shoes off rule left me with black feet but it was explained that that is Kona. The view from the condo was mesmerizing and we watched dolphins every morning. Sunsets spectacular and travel easy to the volcanos. Knives were all serrated and dull, dryer vent and lint trap a bit of a fire hazard spen some time cleaning it out so I could use the dryer afraid it is a fire hazard. I would come back is a heart beat if the dryer is maintained and sharp knives.

Unit exactly as described. Only thing missing in unit was an ice-maker but easily purchased bags of ice. Plenty of utensils, pans, towels, plates, glasses and beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Bonnie at Kona Vacations and David, my concierge were fabulous!!! Will definitely booking again!!!

We arrived around supper time, easily accessed Condo with instructions we received from management company. Condo immaculate. We have stayed in quite a few condo while traveling and I have to say this was one of the cleanest. Every room updated and comfortable. The view was fantastic. We especially enjoyed watching the dolphins almost everyday right in front of balcony. Location good, close to restaurants, shopping, groceries etc. Management Company very professional and contacted us several times before we arrived. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family.
