We did call Kona Coast twice during our stay and they responded within that day and solved the issues.The grounds are lovely with a rabbit and a rooster that would come up to the front door in the morning to be fed. You can take a 5 minute walk to a wonderful restaurant. We could get fresh fruit from the grounds and pick fantastic bouquets. We would return!"
